My experience with the Rejuvenation of my AC/ Furnace was great! Chris did a great job of informing of everything he was doing. The unfortunate issue came up when I needed to replace my furnace and ac unit. I got my estimate and it was reasonable at the time. I wanted to compare the estimate to other companies to make sure I make the best educated decision. The other tech said that his quote was the best and that if I didn’t decide to do it by a EOB with Tipping Hat that it would no longer be available. I’ve been calling to other companies and was surprised that I did get better quotes. It just felt like I was being pushed into something which I thought Tipping Hat prided themselves into not doing.

He performed routine maintenance on my AC, furnace, and water heater.Carlos was very patient in explaining anything of concern and kindly addressed my worries and questions I had about each appliance's repairs. He wasn't pushy on selling me the membership, but with such great customer service, I'd was more than happy to sign up.Very happy to have found a great technician!
