I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Seth is an expert in his industry. I had to have him perform a few inspection-related electrical issues to the load center (panel) and connector to the food disposal. He performed the job with quick timing and had extra items available. Friendly guy who should expand the business.

Michelle, who works in the office and sets up appointments, is responsive, timely, and a pleasure to work with. Steve, the repairman, is kind, efficient, and always willing to go above and beyond. I CANNOT recommend this company highly enough. Truly wonderful people that strive for happy customers.

Cost me 200 dollars to have a switch replaced. My fault for not asking about their pricing before they came out. Took less than 10 minutes. Their minimum service charge is a lot more than other places. A friend of mine recommended them and I figured he wouldnt recommend a place that would rip me off. I was wrong. Called another company (after the fact unfortunately) and their basic service trip charge is 90 dollars. The standard is 90-100 and these crooks charge twice that. Use at your own risk.

I had a chandelier that need to be moved to be in the center of the room and some outdoor lights to be on a dawn/dusk automatic schedule. Matt and his team were on time, efficient and friendly. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Went with Piper based on a referral from a friend and was absolutely pleased with the experience. They were professional, responsive and prompt from the get-go. They do quality work and completed everything within the time frame that they had intended to. We will be using them again on our upcoming kitchen remodel and would recommend them to anyone.

Homie came out and put some new outlets in for us and set up our security cameras. We just moved into this place and were still figuring out it’s quirks. After he left one of the circuits kept tripping and he was nice enough to come back and help me figure out why that was. Bryan and his crew just finished the electrical portion of our basement project, this was a full basement being wired and finished.
