I called up this company on July 19 to let them know that I needed an electrician to diagnose/repair an electrical problem with my HVAC. I'd had an issue with a roof leak that shorted my furnace last year and it ended up with me needing an electrician (after the roof repair), and not an HVAC person, to find the issue. The issue is recurring this year, and I've had the hole in the roof fixed yet again. I explained this to the guy on the phone at CT, who still said well let me save you some time here... you need an HVAC person etc etc. We ended up not scheduling an appointment because he was dead set on me needing an HVAC and not an electrician (as though I don't know what's been happening and what I need here).

The issue ended up being routed through my HOA, and they insisted on sending over an HVAC person, who ALSO concluded that what we really need is an electrician. I'm now going to have an electrician over, but it's sure not going to be from CT. Everywhere I turn, people like to assume that they know better even though they have none of the facts, and CT failed to set themselves apart in this way. YOU GUYS should have saved me some time here and just sent someone over here when I reached out because I knew what I needed and what I needed was an electrician.

Justin saved me from a major electrical problem with the main electrical box where I live. I did not know it was a serious hazard and his expertise with general construction and residential services has gotten some wheels turning for major repairs. I have been having electrical shorts for months and no one knew why. It also a safety hazard, so I'm very grateful. He also did some diagnosing and repair at a family members home that was an issue for years and he had fixed within an hour. Would recommend him for any electrical job. Hoss electric are our go-to residential electricians (and more recently our commercial electricians too). We have used this company for years as our emergency electricians (when we have need electrical repairs, electrical troubleshooting and fixing now) and our not-so-emergency electricians when we have time to plan like with our home, bathroom and kitchen remodels. And Hoss just did a fine job upgrading all of the telephone and data network electrical wiring at the customer service center where my husband works and it made my hubby look so good for referring them. These licensed electricians do all of our electrical work and home repairs and will continue to do so as long as we live here and have a say in it!

worst service ever. Told me they would be here at 2 to 6 and then canceled at 3pm (I called at 10am) kn Thursday. Then told me know one could come tell Monday all while my restuarant was shut down. If they told me sooner I could have found someone else to do it.

Customer service was awesome and EIE was super easy to communicate/schedule with. They were clean, efficient, and obviously experts. They worked well with the city inspector and upgraded my electrical panel so that it could support an addition, tiny house, and solar (my old 1000 sqft house had a tiny panel in the master closet and required quite a bit of good work and long electrical runs both indoors, outdoors, in a crawl space, and in an attic to achieve). Affordable too! I will hire them again for any and all future electrical work, solar work, or whatever I might need done in the future. Thanks!

Ebersole Electric Services did a fantastic job on my emergency electrical need!!

I work from home and had the power (internet included) knocked out in the bottom portion of my home. Owner Joel, was at my house within about an hour and hard at work 8+ hours trying to fix the problem.

Unfortunately, this was too big an issue to be corrected in a night (with Joel staying till nearly 10 PM) and was going to require a return visit. When I went to pay for the days work, Joel refused and said he would not accept any payment if the issue was not corrected (which is amazing in this day and age).

He returned 2 days later to correct a huge amount of poor wiring in the home (home flippers handywork- root cause of failure) and fix the issue we were experiencing. There was even some added safety features he put in to try and prevent anything similar from occurring in the future.

When completed, Joel was willing to go with the original estimate provided the first evening, even though the work and materials turned out to be far more than what the quote was based on. This did not seem fair based on what was actually done, and in the end we came to an EXTREMELY fair price for the work.

Ebersole Electric Services will be the only company I call in the future for any electrical needs and I would surely recommend them to anyone needing Electrical Services.

Very dngerous driver. Being considerate goes a long way. Would not want this person on the road.
