Preston did an amazing job and went above and beyond to ensure my system was functioning properly and to its best efficiency. He wore booties upon entering the house, informed me of all his actions and kept me apprised of what was wrong and how he fixed it. He worked quickly to get the tools and equipment he required to fix the problems I was having, Got back to the home and worked swiftly to get in and out without any issues. He set a timer on my system to not interfere daily life and I couldn’t be happier with the results of the new system in the house. My new water softener system is out the way and to code. Highly skilled electricians at fair prices. Very efficient, quick scheduling. This is our go-to for residential repairs and installations. Our house is loaded with oddball / complicated / commercial fixtures, and Electri-serve has always done a great job. We have had a lot of problems with other electricians doing terrible work and are thankful for the work Electri-serve does for us.

He gave me a quote below what other's had quoted me - and stuck to that estimate in the final bill of sale. He arrived on time, and was clear in his communication. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, and left me with a well-powered garage with lights and outlets (indoor and outdoor). There was one issue that was no fault of theirs, and he was prompt in helping me address and fix the problem. We'll use Matt, Roy and team for all of our future electrical needs. Can't recommend enough.

The electrician who came out was so easy to work with. He was efficient and did everything we needed him to do and then some in the 2 hour window. I will definitely use them in the future!

Every review I read for this company vouched for the upfront efficient approach of it's technicians. That now has been our experience. We had an intermittent trouble in our dryer 220 source that Tyler and Dave systematically tracked and cured in short order. And they came on the day I called. My husband and I highly recommend this good company and definitely will call them if we need anything again.

On the recommendation of Home Depot, we recently called Interstate E & S to replace an old bathroom fan and some lighting controls in our house. Justin arrived on time and sized up the problem. He instructed us on what parts to order. On his return trip, he made short work of the job and charged far less than expected. We're very pleased with his workmanship. I highly recommend Interstate and plan to use their services for future projects.

Working with Lance and his crew has been a great experience. They were upfront, professional, and it was obvious they cared about delivering a high quality end result that met my needs.

While ultimately I didn’t schedule the work with The Electricians due to unrelated circumstances, I would highly recommend giving them your business. Quick to respond, quick to schedule and show up on time and reasonable priced estimate for a relatively small job. Not to mention Tony is very personable and knowledgeable in his trade. Local, small business that is one you’ll want to retain and consider for your electrical needs.

FYI Jim doesn't do agreements just estimates. He Started a total remodel of 2600 sf overhauled 100amp panel to 200 in October 2015! Took us 5 months to get started but we were warned up front Jim was that far out & busy. We passed the rough in then I saw Jim one more time in 2016 & we got 3 outlets & 1 switch! Yay! BUT

Haven't seen or heard from Jim since! We've texted called & emailed EVERYTHING has gone unanswered! Some girl answered his emails once then emailed me back to say she quit! Very fishy, maybe Jims website has been hacked. Maybe Jim is dead. We just don't know!

We just can't continue to wait on Jim to finish the House & call the building dept for final inspection. We don't know how good Jim is because we haven't passed final. Our concern is Jim might have known it might not pass so he just disappeared! With no agreement in place there's nothing but a verbal agreement. So he's been paid $6,800 & didn't finish the job! We liked Jim personally & just hope he's ok alive & his family is good!

My advice: buyer beware! GET AN AGREEMENT IN WRITING OR DONT HIRE!
