We did a total remodel on an 100 year old farmhouse and The Electric Co. did a great job! Chris was in charge of installing all new wiring throughout the home. We upgraded our service to 500 Amps and added two service locations for future projects in addition to installing the new electrical panel for the main service to the farmhouse. It was not your typical job but Chris was able to troubleshoot and see the job through completion.

They made a mistake booking me and were very late for my appointment time, but then did not charge me anything for fixing my doorbell. I'm okay with companies making mistakes if they take steps to fix it like Amp did. Once they arrived they were very helpful and quick. They've earned a customer despite the setback. (Tip: I recommend calling to schedule an appointment rather than emailing like I did, that seems to be the preferred/easier way to go.)

We needed a shower faucet and toilet repaired. Darryl was our technician. He was actually able to come out earlier than originally expected. He explained what needed to be done, gave us a quote, and finished the repairs in no time. Darryl was professional, prompt, and technically competent. We were were glad we called Heart.

Great tech, but ridiculously overpriced. No matter what the skill level of the tech, you shouldn't have to pay around 700.00 an hour for their services. Less than 30 minutes to remove a couple screws. replace a single wire, and a 25 buck AC capacitor. 513.00 for that work is terrible value.
