We did a total remodel on an 100 year old farmhouse and The Electric Co. did a great job! Chris was in charge of installing all new wiring throughout the home. We upgraded our service to 500 Amps and added two service locations for future projects in addition to installing the new electrical panel for the main service to the farmhouse. It was not your typical job but Chris was able to troubleshoot and see the job through completion.

Needed some home buyers warranty work - all receptacles in BR went dead. Was told at first they were three weeks out, but somehow they got someone out within the week (Jeff) to fix the issue. Exceptional service - going above and beyond. Thank you Candice, Gary, Jeff and Derek.

Came out and gave me a quote. Showed up three weeks later and increased the original quote by 700$. Was this an error by the technician who came out and I showed the original quote? Hard to say. He spoke with his boss, 45 minutes later he started the job. Extremely frustrating and poor customer service. Didn't clean up after the job, turned off something in my box and didn't turn it back on, didn't finish installing the housing on an outlet. People don't know how to do business anymore.

Charged me $70 to show up and tell me it would be $4,000 for a three way switch installation. The entire job was quoted at $15,000 and would not take more than a day. You're telling me this guy is booking 3,750,000 million a year by himself on electric alone?! What a joke?! I'm sure they do great work when they aren't working on their standup material. Insulting estimate.I'll add, most of the job was swapping out plugs for new ones and or running wire where wire already existed. Not drilling new holes for the most part. Just running 14/3 wire on the three way switch four feet and swapping out two existing switches for three way was four thousand dollars? Get out of here. laughable.

I was on i76 this afternoon when this idiot that works for or is this company decided to start tailgating me for no obvious reason except for being an idiot, now noticed him when I got on the highway tailgating another vechile. If this is example of their personnel I hate to see their work. A word of advice if you're going to drive like and IDIOT DON'T DO IT IN A COMPANY VECHILE.
