My home warranty company used All Star when the outlets on one of my walls all went out. The technician came out, said he fixed the problem and left.

A little while later, I walk into the room and see my dog sniffing around an outlet that’s hanging completely out of my wall, loose wires and all.

When I called All Star to report this they were very apologetic and promised to send the technician out the next day free of charge.

Wouldn’t you know it, 3 months later a bill shows up for $135. It was for the visit where the technician fixed their own dangerous mistake.

Unprofessional, lack of accountability, left my house unsafe and nearly harmed my pet, and then tried to charge me for fixing their own mistakes.

I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

The experience with Williams and Sons Electric and the proposed lighting project was painless. Tim was easy to work with and allowed things to play out without pushing to make things happen. Quickly assessing the lighting issue, sketching a rough drawing of the proposed fixture layout, established project timeline and start date, in addition to the cost proposal. Tim and his son started on schedule, completed project within the established timeline with outstanding precision and level of performance. Would definitely use Williams and Sons again!

I was very happy with the work that Jeremy and Chris did at my 1950's home in moving two electrical junction boxes and the electrical meter in preparation for solar install. The were professional and thorough.

I have worked on and off with Eagle for several years, they are prompt, honest, and very thorough, I highly recommend them.

Sometimes it's hard to get an electrician to come out for small jobs - you don't really want somebody to come, bid it out, schedule it, etc... You just want the job done! Piper Electric couldn't have been any easier! We just had two new outlets to add for a walk-in closet rebuild and they sent a technician out on a Tuesday morning to work hourly until it was done. Art showed up right on time, was super nice and professional, spent about an hour up in our attic and BOOM it was done! Really great experience and super easy. We'll definitely use them again!

We have used JM electric for the a couple things now. The first was a breaker that went out, which they quickly fixed. On this most recent service, we needed power added to our detached Garage for a Tesla charger / EV charger. In addition, we wanted to install a few extra outlets and a heater. They provided a very competitive bid and did and excellent job when they came out. Everything is working perfectly. We will continue to use JM Electric in the future as we have always had great service at a fair price from this company.

You definitely want to get a quote first. While they were nice on the phone the job they did for us was over 75% higher than I would have expected. They were at the house for two hours, two people, put in a plug and charged $900 dollars. I have a 50 amp 220 that took a company 2 days to get from the house to the detached garage and they charged me $200 less! I have been a Realtor for 30 years and done fix and flips for 20 years and have never been taken to the cleaners like this! I would have asked for a quote and called around and waited on my old company (who was busy, because they charge reasonable rates), but it was for a medical devise that I had to get installed right away and I was at the hospital with my wife so I had to find someone immediately. I expect people to be fair and honest, at a minimal have some self respect when charging someone for a job. I paid the bill because I asked them to come, but If I were you I would wait for someone else! They also left the place a total mess!
