I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Dealing with this company has been one of the worst experiences of my entire life. I paid for an $8,000 job in full before they even started the job. The job was started by one electrician who was removed from the job midway, resulting in copious amounts of drywall damage that they refused to cover. Now they can’t pass inspection. In addition, they have blocked all contact with me so I can’t address the fact that I paid $8,000 for a job that’s not complete. I am now stuck paying another electrician $1500 just to bring it up to code. I genuinely feel like they took my money and ran.

Marcus helped with a last minute job and cleaned up my prior electrician’s mess. He Is a pro. Will use him again.

With so many electrical contractors being flaky or unreliable, it was a breath of fresh air to work with Eagle Electric. The work and customer service were perfect. Mr Justin was very punctual, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Friendly and open to questions (and enjoys sharing his knowledge base). Very helpful. We had work done during pandemic and used appropriate protection wand social distancing protocol. Work done in timely manner and cost was as estimated. Honest (quite rare these days). Overall very happy with work and will use again

Michael and Justin installed a ceiling light in my stairwell this afternoon. They were professional, neat, and courteous. They assessed everything first before bringing stuff in and once they had a game plan they made quick work of the job.
Once the light was up Michael was meticulous with the positioning of it.
When they finished, they cleaned everything and took all of the packaging and the old light. That was very helpful.
I’ll definitely use The Electricians for any future work that comes up.

Scheduled a weekend appointment for irrigation start up in Mid-April and called on the morning of the service date to be told they don’t have anyone to cover the service and they would have to reschedule 4 weeks from now. Our yard will be dead by then with no irrigation running for another four weeks. Horrible customer service for a company that claims to make you smile. This is second year in a row that Brothers has not made their commitment to servicing my needs, so shame on me for thinking I would get a different experience by standing by them again this year. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my experience the past two years. To the sisters at Brothers, your ads are a joke and your business isn’t making people smile…
