I had a great experience with Brothers. I already had a maintenance appointment scheduled for a couple weeks out when my furnace went out. They arrived within 3 hours of my call and fixed the issue. They were courteous and up front. I will recommend their services and use them again in the future.

Kevin was on time and very professional. He walked me through what he did when he was finished so I understood the process.

I would give 4.5 stars but apparently that's not an option. We had an electrician come out on Easter Sunday. He fixed our bad breakers. He was efficient and knowledable.

Quick to answer the phone, and appointment set up time was literally next day. Staff was friendly and receptive to the vision that I had. Did a good job in taking care of my hot tub, handling the parts with care. Installed wire as clean as possible with the unique set up of the house in mind. There was a problem that arose, but owner was quick to respond, and to make things right, wanting his customers to be happy. He was receptive to feedback, and even personally came out himself.

Chris A came out to do some Electrical work today. I must say he was very polite, honest and professional. I will give him a 5 star . Thank you Chris
