Scheduling was easy, but the company failed to keep their appointment time and notified me 45 minutes after their scheduled arrival time that they wouldn't be able to arrive until later in the day. Since mine was the first appointment of the day, this seems like the situation could have been easily avoided with a simple courtesy call that my technician had been re-routed to an emergency somewhere else.

I'll be going with another vendor who can either keep scheduled appointments, or provide customers the courtesy of a heads up when things have to change (which is understandable and part of the business).

Our furnace stopped working on what was one of the coldest days of the year. They came out within a hour, diagnosed the issue quickly and even though they had to get a new motor from Colorado Springs overnight, came out in the morning and had the furnace back up and running within 30 minutes. Excellent communication all the way and very professional handling of the job.Highly recommended.

When I called today they cancelled my appointment. I had called yesterday and scheduled a quote for a whole house rewire letting them know I would be at work and leave the key in the box.When I spoke with them today to confirm my appointment, since I didn't recieve a email or text as promised. They informed me the receptionist was new and should have never booked it without me there.Do not waste your time, they will overpromise and then fail to deliver and apologize for the inconvenience.Should be 0/5 but that's not an option.Ho do you expect people to take time off with no notice given.

Eric White is an amazing technician, very knowledgeble, thorough and has been servicing our boiler for many years. I would highly recommend him.

Pricing seems a bit predatory. Two hours of work and a 6 inch section of pipe behind my exterior spigot should not cost $800. It seems like they might be relying on folks who don't have time to shop around and balk at the idea of cost comparing after seeing the sunk cost they've already paid to have the job estimated. Maybe I'm wrong, and plumbers actually do charge $400/hour.. If so, I've chosen the wrong profession. They also didn't repair the wall that they cut out, which I was disappointed to learn because, after hearing the price, I had assumed this was a full service job. I recommend shopping around and seeing if you can get an estimate first.On the positive side, my tech was excellent. Very kind and professional, and got the main job done without issue.
