When Jerry arrived he was supposed to look at my air cinconditio but focused in my furnace, it's summer time and I wasn't worried about my furnace, I wanted him to look at my air conditioner which he never did. He told me the dispatch charge was 29.99$ and then said anything else would be 69.99$ I told him I was willing to pay the 69.99$ and then ataed that the diagnidiag fee was 289.0$ when I asked him to explain the process and what they entaled he did not. I grew so frustrated with his lack of knowledge and vauge answers that I simply told him that I would never utilize the services of wire nut again.
I am disgusted with this blantent attempt at ripping my elderly mother off that I will never use Wire Nut again. I only have one star to this company because I have to to post .But truly this company gets 0 stars from me. I want a complete refund of what I paid them.

It occurred to me that my water heater was old and that I should replace it before it went out and potentially flooded the area. I contacted AAARK. As it turned out, my water heater was originally installed in 2002! They sent Chad out on 1/13/21 to give me a quote and he installed the new water heater on 1/14/21. Both times he called when he was on the way. He was on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He drained the old and lugged it out of the house, then brought the new one in, all single-handedly. He worked diligently and never took a break. He had all the tools and equipment needed to do the job. When he was finished, he showed me how to light the pilot light should the need arise, and then he cleaned up after himself. Thank you, Chad!
This is the second time I've used AAARK. They replaced my furnace and air conditioning a few years ago. I have confidence that their technicians are competent and that their products have quality. I had an issue with my furnace and called blue sky as they were very close to where I live.Steven was professional and courteous throughout the entire service, showed up right on time and fixed the issue quickly. I will certainly use blue sky again if I run into any plumbing or heating issues.
