We had several small electrical problems in our house, so i called the Wirenut based on what many other people were saying about them. They sent John, who was really good, very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained each procedure (cost and process). This was the best experience I have had with a contractor in a long time. Thank you john and Wirenut for an excellent service.

Andy and Gannon are very knowledgeable and competent technicians. Professional, polite, and took the time to explain everything they had repaired and replaced. They also answered all our questions without hurrying us which was very helpful. We would highly recommend both of them. One final point: they arrived when they said they would and completed all the work in the time frame they had given us. Excellent!!

Our service technician, Austin was great. He efficiently diagnosed the problems with our furnace and provided options for repairs/replacement. He was super friendly the whole time, even while our toddler, infant and dog were being obnoxious. He even had a little doggie treat bag for our pooch. 10/10 would recommend him.

Andrei did a great job helping us install a new faucet and resolve water pressure issues. He also gave us some helpful tips for upcoming maintenance. The office was communicative when we had to reschedule due to many emergency calls that day.

I’m a Realtor who tried to schedule an appointment for a job for client who lives on the western slope. They were recommended to me by the company putting in the chlorine injection system. However, they would not schedule without the Client’s ok - client is deceased (probate home). The woman I spoke to was very rude and all of a sudden when I asked for a supervisor, she all of a sudden said she was a manager. I asked for her boss’s contact information. She didn’t like that very much and put me on hold. I hung up. Very poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
