Martin is hard working, extremely knowledgeable in all things electrical, efficient, prompt, clean work zone and I could go on. The only thing I have done in my own house for the last 30 years is change the light bulbs. Everything else I call Martin.

I needed an outlet installed under my kitchen sink for a future dishwasher. S Star was one of the initial estimates I got, then the project got put on hold for a while. I contacted them again about a year later and asked for an updated quote. Instead of it being more (which I expected), or just leaving it as-is, they actually did a new estimate that was even less than the first one, and they had already beat the other two estimates I got by a lot. They got me on their schedule about two weeks out, and one of their electricians came out today and knocked it out. He was done before we knew it - I don't even think it was a full two hours - and he even put the stuff I'd pulled out back under the sink and hung a picture back on the wall over the breaker box. When I got the invoice for the work, it was even less than the second quote. When does that ever happen? That's some real integrity. Will totally use this company for any electrical work going forward.

We've had Lou over several times to do a variety of projects over the years. He has installed a new electric panel to replace an old Federal Pacific, changed some outlets, installed two fans, and today he rerouted and replaced some fraying wires in our attic. Lou has always been on time, very friendly, and provides reasonable Solutions to our issues. We have found All Star's prices to be reasonable considering their expertise as well. Certainly will use them again.

I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Rip off merchants- I scheduled Heart to provide a quote to reroute five lines of electrical conduit on the outside of a property. We are looking to move the conduit lines out of the way so we can install an egress window in our basement. Heart rescheduled the appointment a total of 3 times which wasted a significant amount of time simply taking calls, letting tennants know etc. When they finally showed up, I explained what we were trying to do and would they please provide a quote. They stated they would have to replace two entire electrical panel for the building rather than simply move the conduit lines. The reason they provided was otherwise they'll be much liability which sounds like a very convenient catch-all explanation to misquote and overcharge customers. They provided a quote of $19k!!!!! It's honestly hard for me to understand how they came up with that solution and price and seemed to be interested in finding the very most expensive solution to the problem rather than addressing the issue at hand.

Installed some outlets in my dental practice. Adjusted a minor billing issue over the phone. Very responsive. Thanks for the great work.

Omar, Britton and Brie were very professional and explained what was going on for each step. We had a bunch of issues with our electricity because of old wiring, not done from them, and they updated the wiring and brought it up to code. We highly recommend them!

Sundog did an amazing job installing two Ring floodlights. The electrician was very detail/quality oriented and listened to what was needed before beginning the project. He checked to make each camera was in the correct position to maximize coverage and cleaned up after the job was done. Overall it was a great experience!

These guys go it right. In an age when contractors do shoddy work, late and for premium money, Carl brings it in professionally, on time and on budget with minimal disruption to my business. He built out our 15,000 foot store and just helped us power up a new sign and rearrange our registers. Carlton is top notch!

My experience with Tom at South Metro Electric has been poor, to say the least. He missed 3 appointments to come to my house and install the electric for our hot tub. On each occasion when we called to figure out what was going on and why he wasn't there the folks at SME chose not to answer the phone or call us back. After repeated calls and emails on each occasion we finally got a response from Tom with some other lame excuse about why he couldn't make it. His final excuse was that it's hard to commit. Hard to commit? To making an appointment and showing up for it? That's not the kind of person or place I'm interested in working with. There are a ton of good, and reliable, electricians in this town...I would recommend passing on SME and hiring someone who wants your business.
