They made a mistake booking me and were very late for my appointment time, but then did not charge me anything for fixing my doorbell. I'm okay with companies making mistakes if they take steps to fix it like Amp did. Once they arrived they were very helpful and quick. They've earned a customer despite the setback. (Tip: I recommend calling to schedule an appointment rather than emailing like I did, that seems to be the preferred/easier way to go.)

Jerad and his sister came out on a moments notice on a Saturday morning. They arrived in about 5 min after speaking with me. Came in and diagnosed the problem within a few min. 15 minutes or so later the problem was fixed for a very resonable price compared to others we called that morning. Some of his competitors wanted 3 times as much just to come out and diagnose the problem. (YIKES) We will be using H.E.L.P. Electric for all our electrical needs going forward. Thank you Jerad

Seth is an expert in his industry. I had to have him perform a few inspection-related electrical issues to the load center (panel) and connector to the food disposal. He performed the job with quick timing and had extra items available. Friendly guy who should expand the business.

My landlord uses Heatt heating and cooling so they sent Mike over, he is absolutely AMAZING, he’s nice, efficient, on time and Communication is great he tells you what needs to be done explains it to you even goes that extra mile. In my situation I needed some other stuff done and Mike reached out to my landlord for me that’s an extraordinary guy, then there’s Angel and her name describes her best she is an Angel who calls, who confirms your appointment calls you to make sure that it still OK calls you to let you know that they’re on their way and even calls to make sure everything was OK the next day, she send emails out and during the whole time is absolutely pleasant, sweet and amazing I know I will always use Heart even if I don’t have a landlord, when I buy my own home and trust me when I say if you need a heating and cooling company They are the ones!! I work at a hospital and I definitely am going to spread the word for them I even went to my human resource department and asked if I could have them put in a bid there for our hospital that’s how much I love Mike and Angel thanks you guys with everything going on my work schedule is hectic and they made my life and stress so much easier thank you Heart Heating and Cooling..thanks Angel and .Mike..y’all Rock!!!!

Very very inconsistent. I got Micah's name from the contactor working on my master bathroom, I contacted him to replace our electrical panel, he quoted and completed the work very quickly and we were very happy with the outcome. The same contractor had planned for Micah to complete the wiring for our new bathtub and the agreement was that he would come after the bathroom was complete to run the wiring and then fix some other wiring from the construction. I contacted Micah to schedule the work via text and then email a few days later. Soon I was contacted by his office to set up the work, we scheduled and someone came and did something; however, they didn't complete the work. Instead, they left all our lights on, made a mess, left tools behind and never came back. The way things were left, it seemed like the tech was coming back but nothing. I contacted to reschedule and received no response from the office. At the end of this whole thing, very very unprofessional and with inconsistent results like this definitely would not recommend.
