Besides the inspection and maintenance of the furnace they also discovered a problem with the initial install from 12 years ago where the 2 speed furnace setup was not properly done. We had a water pipe leak in our old 1908 three story house that ran from the 2nd floor down to the basement. Blue Sky was able to send a man out who was able to identity leak. Two days later Clint Marlow and his assistant Matt came to repair the leak. It was a very extensive and complicated process due to age of pipes and many iterations of additions to the house over the years. Clint and Matt were extremely knowledgeable, professional and worked long hours over three days to identify the exact locations of multiple leaks and fix and restore the system. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, were extremely neat and treated our house as if it was their own.
