It has been said that “word-of-mouth” is one of the best forms of advertising. That being said, a good friend recommended Heart to me when my water heater failed. What an amazing experience! Within a few hours of my call, Master Plumber Doug Hammond showed up at my condo to assess the situation and give me some options. I received three options along with thorough explanations for each and recommendations based on several potential scenarios. Based on the options and recommendations I was quickly able to make an informed decision. Doug returned a few days later (after the new water heater arrived) and removed the defective water heater. Then there was a bit of a delay while we waited for two water damage companies to come and assess any potential microbial damage and send estimates for that repair if necessary. Once that was taken care of, Doug returned and installed the new water heater. The process of removing and replacing the water heater was clean and tidy. The turnaround time on this project was three days, and technically only two days taking into consideration the almost one-week water damage assessment delay. Doug is a consummate professional! He is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and 100% all about customer service. His work ethic of doing the job right and doing it right the first time is unsurpassed! Throughout the entire process he answered my numerous questions with patience, honesty and an incredible sense of humor! It was an absolute pleasure getting to now Doug and a privilege to have him in my home for this project!I would also like to give a shout out to the numerous Customer Service folks I talked to throughout this project. They were kind, courteous and about getting the job done! As I stated earlier, “word-of-mouth” is one of the best ways to advertise. She had called me to relight her pilot and there were complications which prompted the arrival of Larry. I made arrangements to have these guys come out and take a look at our wiring and give us an estimate on what it would take to do (I waited 3 weeks for the appointment just to have them come take a look). He gave me a ballpark verbally and then, his name being Jeff, said he would be sending me a formal estimate and their scheduling person would be in touch. I called and did a follow up with them 2 weeks after they said they'd be sending me estimates/scheduling arrangements, and got a so sorry, we've been busy I'll try to get this over to you today.. that was nearly two weeks ago. I sent an inquiry through the website as a final hey, giving you every opportunity here kind of thing as I am just sick and tired of contractors wasting my time for appointments that they do not follow up on, and still nada. So here you go guys, the review you deserve.

Submitted a request for service and got a response same day with service the next. Hannah was professional, courteous, and on top of it. We needed a new light and she ran out to Home Depot for us, got it, and brought it back and installed - it's so great to be able to see while we cook again!

I have had Electric Doctor come out four times over the last several years. They installed alumicom adapters throughout our entire house when we first bought it, and since then they have come out, within a few days, for every job.

The guys always work quickly, safely, and efficiently. They then blitz my house asking for any other small electric job I have so that I don't have to call them back a week later for something else I forgot and they can do it all on one trip.

They always teach me what I need to do next time if I encounter the same problem which is a huge money saver in a house like mine (old and broken).

I love having them in the house; they're very respectful and always very professional. That means a lot because I frequently have a young woman in my house when they arrive.
