We did a total remodel on an 100 year old farmhouse and The Electric Co. did a great job! Chris was in charge of installing all new wiring throughout the home. We upgraded our service to 500 Amps and added two service locations for future projects in addition to installing the new electrical panel for the main service to the farmhouse. It was not your typical job but Chris was able to troubleshoot and see the job through completion.

We were in a pinch needing a DWV test to pass inspection for plumbing in our new addition, which was a surprise to us. We called ‘Heart’ on Saturday and they had a technician out 1st thing Sunday morning. Tristin was highly knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. He even volunteered to finish this job on his day off. We were super impressed with the excellent competence and character shown through this process. We had a great experience with Downtown Metro Electric. After several other companies that we've worked with before didn't call us back, Scott from Downtown Metro Electric came by to look over the work we needed, treated us very well when he was here and listened to all of our concerns. A few days later he was back for the installation and got right to work, asked questions to make sure the new outlets were in the right places and didn't waste any time getting the job done. He even cleaned up the dust from the job when he was finished and labeled all the outlets to match the circuit breakers in the electrical box. He definitely went above and beyond our expectations.

I made arrangements to have these guys come out and take a look at our wiring and give us an estimate on what it would take to do (I waited 3 weeks for the appointment just to have them come take a look). He gave me a ballpark verbally and then, his name being Jeff, said he would be sending me a formal estimate and their scheduling person would be in touch. I called and did a follow up with them 2 weeks after they said they'd be sending me estimates/scheduling arrangements, and got a so sorry, we've been busy I'll try to get this over to you today.. that was nearly two weeks ago. I sent an inquiry through the website as a final hey, giving you every opportunity here kind of thing as I am just sick and tired of contractors wasting my time for appointments that they do not follow up on, and still nada. So here you go guys, the review you deserve.
