After the experience that I had with Heart Heating, I would recommend everyone to give em a try. I bought my house earlier in the year, and noticed a magnet on the furnace from when the prior owners had used Heart. The furnace igniter switch was not working and it was snowing outside. Mitch came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and also found me a couple of discounts that I was to use. Mitch was able to confirm what type of work was done on the furnace before I bought the place. That was very helpful for me to make an educated decision on what I needed to do. It also turned out that him and I both have a love for music, so we had great conversation while he worked. Mitch even went out of his way to take a look at my gas fireplace!! If every technician is like Mitch, I would recommend ❤ every time!!

Even though my furnace is still working, my AC has been on its last leg for the past few years. I contacted a handful of companies, including Tipping Hat, for quotes to have my entire system replaced. After several weeks of consideration, including the type of system, prices, and meeting with company representatives, I chose Tipping Hat though their quote is not the lowest one. During the process, Elizabeth was very polite and helpful with my questions. I met with Brandon P. (lead) at least twice before deciding. He was very straightforward addressing my needs and concerns, and more importantly, the end result. I choose 2-stage 96% efficiency initially, but this required ripping up some parts of my finished basement ceiling to route the PVC pipe. Due to some challenges and possible issues ahead, I settled with the 80%. The team was here as scheduled and were respectful, accommodating, and professional. After completion, Corey M. and Steven Chappy C. patiently went over the operation system and safety to make sure I understood. I am very satisfied with the work so far, but the services thereafter remain to be seen.

I had the pleasure of working with AJ and Ben! They were very helpful and got my light fixtures done with no problems at all.Their communication was great and they were able to get the job done relatively quickly and with great quality. Will definitely be requesting these two in the future when I do some new light fixtures for my renovation!
