Best Residential Remodeling in Dallas TX

The electrician was professional and great, but the pricing was a total rip off. I had a light fixture installed and it took 2 hours and cost almost $800 not including tip. This company’s pricing is ridiculous

We got up last Tuesday morning to discover we had no A/C, no hot water and an alarm system that was out. I had read the BBB reviews about Caddell Electric and called them. I was told no one could come out that day but the very nice man I spoke to suggested calling the power company to come and check the lines as we had a couple of different issues going on. The power company came out within an hour and confirmed no issue with the power line, but said there was something very wrong with our electric panel as he could hear sparking and one of the trip switches was very warm. I called Caddell Electric again and explained the situation. They had someone at my home within an hour and the issues (turned out to be two completely separate and equally dangerous ones) fixed in no time. I highly recommend Caddell Electric for their customer service, friendliness and expertise with which they get the job done.

This is a great company! I really appreciate you all getting out of a bind to help install an outlet that we needed ASAP. The electrician I previously contacted backed out of the appointment and would not contact me. We needed an outlet installed so we could move out of our house for repairs with our two small children. One of the most unprofessional people I came across. We ordered some uprights and beams from them over a month ago. After they cashed the payment they change the estimated delivery time and added two weeks on top of it, and after all that they ended delivering after working hours and in the middle of the night, and to make things worst we ended up receiving the wrong uprights. When I called them they were defensive and tried to blame us luckily i had the messages saved and showed it to them so they promised to work the situation out but in few days they stopped responding or answering the phone.

This company has a gentleman named Trey. He was absolutely the most professional technician to have come to our home .would definitely,refer this company. Very professional. Thank for getting us out of the dark.
