This company is one of the few certified Generac generator service providers in our area. They provided a tune up and replaced battery and spark plugs, etc. They quoted a flat fee for a tune up and everything was included. I was pleased with the service and the expertise of the service man, and the fee.

Tyler is very clean looking, respectful of walking into my house with covered shoes, was very detailed in explaining what the situation was and how to make the repairs. This company is an amazing company and I would recommend them to anyone! I called today to get a quote on some electrical work for a new older house I purchased, but instead of trying to charge me to send someone out to diagnose/appraise the work to be done and potentially charging a service fee on top of that, the gentleman here simply told me what I needed to do to do it myself, since the work I needed done did not require an expert. You don't often find people like this anymore and if I ever have need of an electrician I'll definitely call Puckett!
