Best Panel Repair in Dallas TX

I had a strobing outdoor light & technician Jake quickly diagnosed the issue & repaired it in minutes. This was my second time to use Mr. Electric, they are a very dependable company, I highly recommend.

The electricians were very professional and knowledgeable—no complaints at all about them. But the company’s prices are outrageous. They charged $95 to disconnect a wire in the attic which took them about 5 minutes to do. I think they should look at a job first before quoting prices. For a replacement ceiling fan installation and disconnecting a wire was over $300 and they were at my house less than 45 minutes. That’s about $400 an hour for labor charges!!!!

For over a year, I have relied on this 24-hour electrician. They provide a superior service for a fraction of the cost of competitors. The work they did for me was flawless, and I would gladly refer them to anyone in need of an electrician.

Carlos was prompt, efficient, and courteous. I’d sent him photos of the problem we had with our laundry-room lighting, so he came prepared with exactly what was needed. We now have a laundry room with LED fluorescent lighting that should last us for decades — and he even left us a replacement light in case anything goes wrong with this one! I will always call Bright Light whenever we have an electrical issue at our home, and we’ll recommend the company to our neighbors.

WHAT A COMPLETE DISASTER! This is NOT a company...it is ONE person. He came and disconnected a lot of wires and left. He said he would return the next day and did not. His dishonesty and lack of knowledge has cost me a LOT of money to correct. I see a lot of good reviews but something must have changed. He came out a week ago and created a horrific mess! WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!

I contacted the local electrician to see if he could repair my socket. In within ten minutes, he arrived, rectified the issue, and left. The service was excellent, and I strongly advise using this electrician for any switch or outlet replacements you may require.

I had an issue that needed immediate action on a Saturday. I called Chris in the morning, and he was out to my house in the afternoon. Everything I needed done was done in 30 minutes. He knows his stuff. Incredible service. Chris helped to explain everything to me in terms I could understand and the price was more than reasonable.Highly recommend!!

Rafael explained what he would be doing to redirect precipitation from the roof to both sides of the outside A/C to prevent rain, sleet, and/or snow from going into the outside A/C unit again. Afterward he provided good answers to my questions. He was completely polite and courteous, and efficient.

Worst company ever takes advantage of people and there family ...paid for work that he did not do and now cant get ahold of him to finish and the bad part is he is a preacher... that is not very godly... he is a scammer
