They arrived fairly immediately after I contacted them. An outlet failed, and restarting the circuit breaker was ineffective. Even after determining the issue, they checked virtually every outlet to ensure that everything else was in working order and then placed a light fixture. He was really diligent, but also responsive, timely, and he kept me informed of the situation. I will definitely contact them again! They were also wonderful to deal with!
