Very expensive. They charged me $155 just to tell me that the problem is not electrical with my dishwasher. They were in my house for only 5 mins.

I’d give them a zero if I could but unfortunately one star is the lowest you can go. I made an appointment for the Voute family and they told me between one and 4 PM. They were supposedly a “local” electrician so we chose them. They never showed so I called the office and they assured me that I was on the schedule and the gentleman was running late. Fast forward a couple hours and no one showed. The next day no one called and no one showed up, not that I thought they would the following day anyway. If you want to waste your time sitting around all day waiting for a company then this is your company. Wor this actually going to show up to do the work that you need done

My home is almost 60 years old with major electrical issues. An upgrade was done about two years ago by a competitor of Caddell Electric and it was way over my budget as well as the technician wanted to upsale me and wouldn't use items I had already purchased for the upgrade.This time, I just needed some basic electrical installs, and decided to go with Caddell Electric.The scope of work consisted of installing two (purchased by home owner) ceiling fans (one with light-kit), two ceiling lights (very basic), and one vanity light which gave the technician some trouble, but he made it happen!My technician was Damon. He completed all the work in about three hours, was clean, professional, and on time. He wasn't upset even when my dog barked at him.For peace of mind and quality of work, I would definitely recommend Caddell Electric to my friends and neighbors.Thank you Damon for making this experience smooth and easy!

Very impressed with all aspects of Carlos and Bright Light Electric! Carlos, and his journeyman, went through our panel box, labeled all circuits, added GFCI breakers, outlets, added a surge protector to the panel, in our (new to us ) 1955 house. Great addition of outside accent lighting in overhang areas back, front & sides of the home. Neighbors continue to compliment the new look! They added 2 lights with a switch in attic area and another in utility room. All of their work has been an excellent improvement and very much at a fair price. You can trust his advice and suggestions. They clean up and did a great job explaining some of our questions on needed priorities for this 68 year old house. My wife and I feel very good about his recommendations as well as all the jobs performed. Our electrical system is most definitely safer now! Do not hesitate to call and hire Bright Light Electric. I will call for any of our next electric needs!! “A 5 STAR plus Company”!!!

Service was fast and effective. Scheduling was easy and everyone very friendly. I would give it 3.5 stars really.My issue was the price. We had 1 wall in the master randomly lose power. The tech quoted $400 just to dig in and figure out why which I thought was super high. When he got in, there was aluminum wiring which is apparently incident prone. Overall, I paid $650 to fix 2 plugs that were causing the issue. I think the price is high for what was less than 2 hours of work which was also including his initial breaker check and explanations. The actual fix didn’t take more than 45 minutes... I would probably call someone else next time due to that. Although super nice people.

I called at the last minute because the other company didn't show up and Peter showed up within 2 hrs and repaired the things I had for him. I felt he was honest and professional and I was comfortable having him in my home. I would recommend him to anyone.

Our project was challenging. Our 100-year-old home needed a total rewire to replace the knob-and-tube system still in place, and we would be living in the home, in the summertime, while the work was being done.After being ghosted by multiple local electricians and getting outrageous quotes from a few larger companies, finding Noel was a relief! He has tons of experience, had no difficulty working around our living situation, offered pricing that fit our budget, and (this is crucial) it was apparent that he CARED about the project and wanted our business.From start to finish, Noel and his team were professional and punctual. Communication was on point, important for days we had to work from home. They remembered small details like keeping outside doors closed so our indoor cats stayed inside. We lived (and sometimes worked) in the house the whole time with minimal disruption. They were able to accommodate our requests for small changes and additions to the original plan. And, throughout the entire project, they only had to cut all the power to the house for ONE DAY. Amazing!Our electrical system replacement is complete now and we are so happy with it. We definitely plan to work with Noel again in the future as we continue to update our home. If you need professional electrical work on your home, Noel is the one to call!

We have used J-Five on several ocassions: trouble with a circuit not working, installing new lights and ceiling fans, and replacing older switches with with new ones. Jerry once had to investigate 8-10 outlets to find the culprit, then repaired it with with dispatch. Jeremy has installed several new lights, electrical and cable outlets and relcated service with expertise.Everyone from J-Five has been professional, easy to talk with and knew what they were doing, even when presented with tough, unusual situations.I will be using them again in a few weeks as we are doing more remodeling.
