I couldn’t even charge my phone, couldn’t even use the microwave, couldn’t even use the internet. It was very urgent to have the issue fixed. But because of the weather condition, no electricians were willing to help us. Then we contacted this company as our last resort and they sent us our lifesaver, the electrician, Nick! He fixed everything wrong within an hour and saved all our lives that day. He was very quick to diagnose the problem and very professional. We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!
