I used Russ Electric when I moved to Dallas 2 years ago. These guys are professional, efficient, clean & reasonable. They know what they're doing, you will never have problems with them or their work. They did some work at my son's house this summer. I would never call anyone else but them.

Jerry installed whole house surge protectors for me in my last two houses. He also installed an entire new panel in an older home for me. It was a tricky install due to a mix of old and new circuits. He also installed a new mast on the roof and a new pig tail for the A/C unit. Jerry's work is top quality and expertly done. He is a true craftsman who cares about his workmanship.

I would give these guys more than 5 stars if possible! I called them at 3pm on a week day (totally expecting at least a few days wait for work to be done). They came out as soon as they were done with their current job. Tom answered the phone politely and professionally. His phone communication with me regarding basic information such as timeframe and pricing were very easy to understand. They were able to diagnose AND fix our issue in the same day! I am seriously impressed with these guys. Not only did they work quickly and get our problem fixed but they explained the entire process to me in a way that I could understand.. which shows they care about their work. I appreciate these guys for helping us and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing electrical work!

I called Electric Pros on a whim hoping they would be open at 7pm two days before Thanksgiving because my husband and I needed help hanging a chandelier we thought we could do on our own. Jackson with Electric Pros answered and promptly set a next day (day before Thanksgiving) consult appointment to give me an accurate quote.
