We dealt with another electric company for a while, but that company frequently didn't answer calls during business hours, so we love that phone calls are accepted at Efficient Electric, even past regular business hours. They are prompt to set up appointments and we are very satisfied with their customer service and their work. After receiving the invoice, we are happy to say that this company is very cost effective too!

They are professional, friendly, respectfull, clean and always ready to help with something else if it occurred while they are there. Used Accurate to restore power to my swimming pool pump. Very responsive and the tech were great. Minor problem after they left, but they came back and made everything right. Highly recommend!

Terrible service, didn’t explain anything, the problem was not fixed afterwards and they wanted to charge again for what they said they fixed the first time. When I had another electrician out, they said what Bradley electric did wasn’t even a possible cause for the original problem. Felt scammed.

Brandi was phenomenal. All other electricians quoted us at a much higher price to replace our electrical panel box and had a wait list months out. Jeremy took care of us right away, and while Brandi and the other gentleman were working they kept us posted the entire time. We couldn’t be happier to have our dryer working and feel safe in our home this winter! Thank you Electric Medic!!!
