I rarely write reviews. I will go to every place I can to sing this companies praises. The quality of work, the speed it was done, the value in price all 10/10. The guys were great that came and I was very impressed with Todd. He immediately was able to start diagnosing the issue and get to fixing it. This will always be the place I go to for any electrical issues.

I used their maintenance program. They inspected my breaker box, other electrical components and did a fire alarm safety check. They gave me quotes for all work to be done. Jeremy was very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy. My only complaint would be that my first appointment had to be rescheduled. The second appointment was on time and very satisfying.

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!
