Best Troubleshooting And Repair in Columbus OH

Had two fixtures swapped and two new ones installed. They were very professional and took care getting everything done just the way I wanted. I’ve used Safe Electric in the past and will use them again if the need arises.

I needed an Electrician and contacted Buckeye but they were booked. I started to move on when they contacted me back saying they just had a cancellation. They arrived about an hour after I called them. They installed 2) 240 lines for my business equipment that same day. Very impressed with the quality and turnaround. The electricians were very knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you!!

This business is awesome! I had an electric emergency of my own making (smart switch install gone wrong), and Brody came out to fix up my mistakes. He was super professional, very friendly and explained everything he was doing in a very educational way that made sense to me. I can't say enough good things about this company and Brody. I'd like to say a HUGE thank you!!!!!

We had to upgrade the panel box to accommodate the new electronics. Big City Electric did the work quickly and efficiently. David and Jerry were a very friendly and courteous team. When they installed the new electric panel, they even made sure they copied the labels from the old circuit panels on the new panel. And they swept up the floor afterwards.

Harris Electrical did quite a bit of work for our kitchen renovation - installing recessed lighting/fixtures, updating/relocating outlets and updating our panel in our almost 100 year old home. Amazing job, super nice guys and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Tyler was polite, professional, worked diligently, kept me informed, ask for guidance at the rights times, provided good options for work to be done, was punctual, kept a clean job site, swept and mopped before he left, and left no indicia of his visit other than the work that was done.

They cared about my home by keeping their work neat and tidy and working with me on how things looked in my home. Not many contractors would want the input of the wife on how things look but as they worked they always asked my input and were happy to accomodate my requests.

Terrible experience. Made several mistakes but were always nice so I had them back.

This time they really messed up damaging my wall and installing a single light switch on a metal two gang box protruding from my wall in a finished room. It was originally a single switch - they cut a hole in my wood wall to put in the horrible metal double gang box. I specifically asked them not to install anything unusual without talking to me. Ignored my instructions.

They promised weeks ago to come back. Even had a workable solution but suddenly withdrew offer to fix it. Hiding behind we had to bring it up to code. No. You do not get to come into other peoples’ home and do whatever you want in the name of code. There were other code solutions that another electrician will have to work.

Mr. Lawson and his son Lorenzo were first-class electricians and got me set up with a new service both inside and out. Affordable, professional, and he hooked me up within a week of contacting him. Super quick and excellent service you can trust. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a quality electrician at an excellent price.

A REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE : I had a Kohler 14RCA whole house generator installed w/ 4 estimates. Sears, Electrical connections, MEI & Generac. MEI is the only company that didn't visit the house, didn't return calls or provide requested feedback, instead asked for information via Email & submitted their bid via email. Their bid was next to lowest priced & the only one to include a Kohler whole house generator, a 14 RCA. I selected them based on that & scheduled the install via email one month in advance w/ confirmation. Richard Pichette arrived on schedule Friday morning BUT didn't have a generator, equipment, supplies or any information provided regarding the install. He scoped the house, made a list & said he would return. Four hours later he did return w/ some supplies but no generator. They were looking for one, supply houses were out & he apologized. I wasn't impressed. It was a two day installation scheduled for consecutive Fridays by my work schedule. He began working and then received a call from his office regarding another job in Cincinnati, talked to them for 90 minutes & excused himself for the day & asked if he could return Saturday to complete the work, it was more convenient than the following Friday for them so I agreed. He arrived Saturday morning at 9am w/ a generator & worked till 7pm w/ my permission but a coupler on the generator was wrong & didn't fit. He asked for payment at that time stating he would return w/ the proper coupler to complete the job & I refused. I said bring the correct piece, make it right & you'll b paid. The next day unexpectedly he called, had the right coupler & had permission to return if ok w/ me. He did finish the job, correctly & everything was fine. Let me state Richard Pichette installation & finish product is FIRST RATE, he worked on the house like it was his but the process & company was insulting at best. One week after the installation I came home to a puddle of oil on the ground inside the generator. After talking to Richard & Dave the sales MGR I found out this generator has a defective oil ring inside that leaks & defective control panels known to MEI, yet to be addressed by Kohler not brought to my attention. They promised to fix it & make it right. It took two weeks & several phone calls for MEI to come out w/ the replacement part and 5 hours labor to break the engine down to replace a defective Oil ring. Several voice and email messages to Kohler have yielded NO results regarding these issues. Do NOT purchase a 14RCA generator, so far on 3/15/23 it's been a REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE.

These guys CANNOT bend conduit. I had them install a few exposed plugs for my business and they finished the job but it looks absolutely horrible. They claimed it wasn’t in the contract any specific way they would install the pipe. I’ll be going with another company for my next job.
