Had several outlets and switches go out on me. Safe electric came out next day and helped diagnose. They were very clear with their rates right from the getgo which was nice. It turned out our panel had water damage and needed to be replaced and again he wrote up several options and showed me the prices for each. I really appreciate their transparency and thorough checks to make sure everything was safe and in good condition and they were friendly and helpful explaining what was happening. Would definitely use them again in the future

I hired Confident Electric to rewire my entire house and replace my electric panel during a renovation. I was very happy with Paul's work and communication throughout the entire project. He showed up on time every time and did exactly what he said he would. I highly recommend Paul and Confident electric.

My experience with Efficient Electric was great. The electrician Miguel was on time and very professional. We need additional work on the house and I definitely want him to do the work.

I was disappointed with not only the price, but the lack of professionalism the representative had. The visit felt like a debate about pricing, him saying this is not a $50 job I know you have a coupon. He quoted a price over $200 for a outdoor porch light wire reconnection. I would have expected 2 things as part of the job. The first what needed to be done after examination to make it cost, rather than a quick wire repair/replacement. The other a thank you for your time, call us if you change your mind, rather than walking off without words!

We’ve had horrible luck with other electricians and contractors. But Gibson electric was a breath of fresh air! David came out to take a look at what needed done and sent us the estimate within 24 hours. Scheduling was easy with calling the office. And they were able to get us scheduled promptly. Jesse and Brandon came out to do the work and they were great! They were kind and cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were satisfied and happy with their work. They also wore mask in the house while they worked and we appreciated that so much as we have been very careful during COVID. We will be using them for any electrical projects in the future!

I had a light fixture in our living room replaced. Columbus Ohio did it within 24 hours of my request and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them to friends.

Great job! They put in recessed lighting and a dimmer switch. They were courteous and professional. In addition the price for the service was better than most other companies. I highly recommend them.

We worked with four members of the KMA team on three different projects. We had an AC repair, a consultation on furnace installation, and the installation itself. In every interaction Brandon, Dustin, Dalton, and Roger were extremely professional. In addition to walking us through all the details of what they were doing (educating us), they also executed everything to a very high level of excellence! Had an appointment scheduled to receive a quote to upgrade some wiring, but the electrician never showed up, when I called to see where he was the office assistant told me they would try to track him down and call me back. Fifteen minutes later no call back, when I called them again I was told that he had gotten stuck in a meeting and that maybe we could reschedule it for another day.
