I had a big project that took their team of three guys about 8hrs to do, and only issues at first were a couple extra holes to patch(walls had to be cut into,which I knew I would be patching in advance). Found out later that two screws in the electrical box were in so tight I could not get them out, even with an electric driver. I contacted Jason about the issue, he had a team come out to take care of it, they broke the screws off and replaced them and checked some connections in the box for me while they were there. I would definitely recommend Big City Electric to my friends and family, a great overall experience!

Glenn was great, he fixed our requests to remedy quickly and was super helpful to ensure it was done right. No scare tactics for unnecessary work either, understood differences between new builds and older homes.

Receptionist Hung up on me when i was calling in about a project i needed help with. We have a generator removal project we were looking to get a quote on and when you call in she greets you with a very scripted 'thank you for making it a brighter day here at Converse Electric' and before i could finish she told me 'no thanks' and hung up the phone. I will be calling Converse Electric's competitors to give them my business. First impressions say a lot. I am thankful they showed me how rude they are on the first call instead of learning the hard way.

I called the company this morning and they had Eric Neal come out just a couple hours after I called. I had asked that he be on the ground at 11 so he wouldnt run into a photigrapger that was at my house and he arrived precisely at the time I requested.

He troubleshot an entire circuit and fixed exactly what needed to be fixed. His work was outstanding; very clean wiring while also very quick.

He saw some issues on the circuit due to weathering (it was an exterior circuit) and he fixed those as well...put in new wire and boxes, sealed an open area...stuff that I definitely appreciated!

This was the second time that we had asked David and his team for help. Our aging dog was having difficulties going down steps, so David designed a platform connected to a ramp that he could use to exit his dog door. Our dog - and my husband and I - are super happy. Our dog loves having the freedom to go and and out as he pleases. My husband and I appreciate not having to keep an eye on the clock so we can walk him at the appropriate time.
