Had an appointment on Friday at noon Set up and confirmed by Daniel H. . At 1pm my husbanded texted to see if they were on the way and he said unfortunately he was tied up on another job running late. Later texted that Friday was not good for him that he would schedule Anthony H from 2-3pm. Around 5pm my husband texted and he replied best he could do is Saturday morning. First client of the day. My husband texted at 11 am because no one showed up, called or texted. Rescheduled for 11-12. Again no one showed up! My husband texted and was Reschedule for Monday. Monday they came out for an estimate and said they could do the job on Wednesday after noon. Guess what? No one showed up! Don’t bother with this company. Obviously this wasn’t a good fit for us as customers looking for trustworthy and reliable company.
Update- Not shocked at all by the most absurd response left by this company. I only stated facts about my experience. We never asked you to do anything with our Home Warranty other than if you can give us a receipt so we can see if it is covered.

My profession has nothing to do with this job. We gave complete details of what was needed prior to the appointments. I am not an electrician if you needed more information on a job with your supposed background then you should’ve asked clarifying questions prior to coming out and explained that you are not capable of this detailed work. I can understand this job was too hard and labor Intense for the teenagers that were sent to our home. They gave us an estimate which was reasonable and said they couldn’t do anything today the next available day would be Wednesday at noon. We didn’t like that we had to wait but we did accept the reschedule of Wednesday. They never even asked us for any money. Sounds like your employees aren’t telling the whole truth!!!
That response shows that you are incapable of being a true honest, trustworthy company that everyone should question your integrity and commitment.You could’ve just communicated better. Based on other feedback this is a weak point in your company so I will be praying for better training on customer interaction s and truth. Good Luck with any future endeavors... God bless! We used Quality electric in 2021 for two different jobs and their bid was significantly lower cost than the other companies. They were easy to communicate with, professional and did great work.
Recently reached out about another issue and they scheduled an appointment but gave a tip that might fix the issue and that worked, saving time and money. Highly recommend Quality Electric.

My wife and I had Alec from Mr. Electric stop by to fix a back porch light, examine a residential street light in our backyard and answer a bunch of electrical questions. He was very thorough, professional, friendly, timely and kept us informed for the entire duration of the job. Very reasonable pricing and great overall experience. Highly recommended!

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

Called Ken for an estimate & he came out 2 days later & then gave me the estimate 3 days later. Scheduled the job for @ 3.5 weeks later. All good to this point.
The night before the job Ken called to ask if we can move the appointment as he didn't finish a job that day. No problem - scheduled it for 1 week later. Ken then No-showed for the job. Called him numerous times that day to find out if he was still coming or if there was an issue. None of my calls were answered & none were returned.
Wasted 5 weeks when I could have found someone else to do the job that they claimed they could do. Now I have to start over.

Best electrical company

I knew from the moment I called Higher Power Electric and spoke with Vicki that this was a great company! She helped me try to troubleshoot my electrical problem over the phone, and was very kind and knowledgeable. Lyle was amazing to work with and is the nicest person! He quickly identified the problems in my home and fixed them in a timely manner. He was exceptionally personable, genuine, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything (in terms I could understand) and identified several other electrical issues in my home. Prices were extremely reasonable for the great service! I will definitely be calling Higher Power in the future to upgrade my electrical panel and have recommended this company to friends and family. Thank you!

Friendly honest

Called in the afternoon and came at 730am next morning. Reasonable and professional. Very competent

The electrician, Jay, did a great job on the installation of a new panel and subpanel for a generator. The wiring looks neat and he limited the inconvenience of not having power to the house on a cold day to a minimum while still ensuring its safe and proper installation. He was also considerate of my other appliances around the worksite and cleaned up after himself. Will definite recommend and use for future projects.

The service from this company is horrible. Their electricians are unskilled and very haphazard in their work. I was not happy with my service and called in a union contractor to complete my job instead.

Really great experience with these guys. Trying to wrangle the utility company and coordinating with another party is always difficult, but given the time of year, Yoder was extremely accommodating, did quick and effective work and we will be using them again

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
