A CUT ABOVE THE REST!I had a superb experience with my electric repair thanks to Safe Electric. I can honestly say I have never had a better customer service or service repair experience. It all started with the receptionist Jessica. She is very upbeat and positive and she listens very well and actually puts the customer first. I say this because I had no AC or dryer and knew that my breaker panel situation was hazardous. So I had an urgent need for a quick service call. She arranged to have them come within 30 minutes! Other electric companies I called not only had no sensitivity to the urgency and danger of my situation , they also just flat-out not emotionally told me I'm sorry we're too busy. Safe electric made the time for me! Then once the electricians came and estimated the scope of work they discovered it indeed was very critical very hazardous and arranged to repair my electric right away! I also know from events that occurred that they did this while keeping other customers in mind and handling their needs as well. So I like that they put me as a priority but they didn't brush any other customers off during the process. The electricians that did my repair we're extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and patient with my many questions. I asked a lot of questions and they were patient and explained everything to me. They have a lifetime warranty on all of their work. They arrived when they were supposed to did the work in the time frame that they said they would and the job was done right the first time. I would very highly recommend Safe Electric to anyone needing from the most basic to the most dangerous electrical repair.

Had a new outlet added. Dan and his team did a great job, worked quickly and efficiently and always kept us in the loop. We’re so glad to have found him!

We have been using them since 2014. Everyone there is very helpful and professional. I use them for the smallest to largest projects that we have.

I'm writing this review to share my experience. I had a fan and needed it to be fixed. This guy took the time to diagnose the problem, fix the fan, and even provided me with different options on how to prolong its life. What I really loved about his services was that he didn't try to overcharge or upsell me or anything of that sort.

I am quite satisfied with this company's installation of lights outside my home. They arrived immediately, were courteous, and performed an outstanding job. I can confidently state that they have my highest endorsement!

Very unprofessional..some of the employees are rude...one of the owners does not stick to his words at all...when you give a man your word you are supposed to stick to it by all means necessary...he will tell you one thing and do another....i would not recommend that kind of business to anyone....

Mr. Electric responded quickly, let us know he was on the way even when he was held up with the appointment before us. He took the time to tell us what he thought was wrong, explained every step and did not leave until everything was fixed

Big City Electric was wonderful to work with in getting our warehouse lights repaired! They even arranged for the delivery and pickup of the required scissor lift. Dave, Anthony, and Jason were punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous. They took the time to answer any questions we had and finished the job quickly. Will definitely recommend them in the future!

Couldn't have hired a better company. Prices were right, work was done well & the owner is a super nice guy. They did a great job on our house and quickly. Keith worked withwith me to get everything just how I wanted it and made suggestions to help us in the future. Can't ask for more! Would definitely hire again.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)

Excellent experience all around. They were very responsive, efficient, and easy to work with. Job went very smoothly and their work is top notch. Pricing was very reasonable too. I would strongly recommend them for any of your electrical needs
