We hired Confident Electric to rewire our electrical box for our Westerville uptown business-Captivating Canines. Paul came and gave and accurate bid and scope of work and was extremely professional the entire time. Work was completed at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Very unprofessional..some of the employees are rude...one of the owners does not stick to his words at all...when you give a man your word you are supposed to stick to it by all means necessary...he will tell you one thing and do another....i would not recommend that kind of business to anyone....

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

PTI is excellent. They gave me a quote for a full service upgrade to replace my old Pushmatic Panel and exterior service. Price was fair and they were always upfront about materials and labor costs to do the job. I have included some before/after pictures here so people can see their work. They did an absolutely wonderful job. All the work was completed in one day. I'm truly blown away by their service and their expert work. Don’t waste your time if you need electric work done in the city. I Called for assistance for some faulty outlets and they they didn’t want to do the work because they didn’t want to “deal with parking” even though they charge $65 for a trip charge.

I have used them many times because the quality of work is impeccable. I'm able to relax knowing the work is done right and that I can trust the electrician responsible. I know they're local and family owned, which makes me feel good about hiring in my community. I've recommended them to several family members.

Electrician arrived 45 minutes after I called. He was polite and very knowledgeable. Went to work right away and had the problem fixed in about an hour. I would highly recommend this company. The office manager returned my call within 10 minutes of our first call and had a technician on the way
