I called Quality Electric on a Monday and I had my ceiling light fixture moved by Wednesday. Joe P and Ethan showed up when expected. Joe explained the job and gave me options to keep my drywall intact. Both were professional and completed the job quickly. Material costs were not inflated and the pricing was fair.

No call no show. I have a rental on campus they were supposed to visit on Friday (half the house has nonworking electric) and they just didn't show up. Left 2 messages and a text with no response.

What a great organization, call them with 100℅ trust in any electrical concerns. The companies mean focus is to serve every customer as their own. For the right equipment or repair and even add-ons of services like exterior lighting, a new light fixtures and even hooking up your new interior or exterior sauna nothing stops their inability to get the job done.
With Columbus Ohio whether, installing the right sized back-up state of the art generate is a must.

Big City Electric upgraded my service to 200 amps a few weeks ago. I'll be using them for any other electrical work I may need in the future. Their price was fair (significantly lower than the two other estimates I received). The crew were courteous and professional. The new panel is well labelled and all the work was neatly done. My service technician was Bah. He called ahead as requested and he came on time. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and very polite. I highly recommend him.

They did a TON of work around our home: outdoor ceiling fan, outdoor outlets, outdoor overhead lights, outdoor outlets and HDMI outlet, recessed lighting in the basement, separated light zoes on new switches, installed 2, 220 wired heaters in our garages. Awesome communication, great prices for extraordinary work. Would highly recommend.

The assigned tech was Tyler. Excellent service, excellent value - A++. Tyler was polite, professional, worked diligently, kept me informed, ask for guidance at the rights times, provided good options for work to be done, was punctual, kept a clean job site, swept and mopped before he left, and left no indicia of his visit other than the work that was done.

Glen, Scott, Brittany, Nick, Kyle, & Aiden - I wanted to personally thank you for installing the Generac Standby Generator at my home in Mason, Ohio. The 3 men (Nick, Kyle & Aiden) worked professionally and respectfully in my yard in 90+ degree heat. They carefully pruned the trees and brush to make space for the generator, trenched the underground utility access, and installed and tested the generator unit. They communicated with me throughout the process. They even went above and beyond to check that the appliances in the home were functioning after the utilities had been turned back on. Well done Countryside Electric Team!

I rarely write reviews. I will go to every place I can to sing this companies praises. The quality of work, the speed it was done, the value in price all 10/10. The guys were great that came and I was very impressed with Todd. He immediately was able to start diagnosing the issue and get to fixing it. This will always be the place I go to for any electrical issues.

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!
