I called Jim on a Saturday and he answered and spoke with me about an issue I was having with my garbage disposal outlet. He could have simply told me to make an appointment but he suggested what it could be and asked if I was able to replace the switch. I did this and now everything is working again. If needed in the future, I will be calling back. Thanks Jim!

Very bad customer service. An employee of Bradley Electric came to my house for a quote, and was not good at communicating. He barely talked the entire time and seemed very inexperienced/provided little knowledge of electrical work. I asked if they could repair several items in my home and he didn't look up, only stared at his iPad. He then left without saying how they would follow-up. It's been over 3 weeks and I never received a quote. I'm very disappointed with the service.

Owner Dale Shadwick scam artist. My stuff is a mess. Look him up, his history is abysmal. Filed BK to escape it. Hides behind this and another name almost the same.

They installed our whole house generator & were prompt & very professional. Came out & repaired a recalled issue with the system at no charge to us. Very highly recommend Higher Power Electric.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Had them add a breaker and run a line to add a/c to my home, they used a used 20 year old breaker that was crooked and did not fit and then left bare wire outside. I haf to point out the problems so they could be fixed. She was supposed to do an inspection on the outlets and lied and said she did when all she did was sit at the kitchen table while i was outside for 2 minutes came back in she said she was done, i knew of one problem with a light switch and asked her what she thought about it and she had to ask me what was wrong with it(obviously no inspection was done) then tryed to charge me 100 for an inspection. Then after they left she cursed me and said she was going to sue me, just like i see on here that she is going to sue a few more people lol. Every aspect of my experience was horrible and very unprofessional. The vans are so beat up and dirty and have bugs and smell like noone has showered in months, i do not recommend this company for anything nor would I trust any of the work they do, they should be shut down, the people that she has working for her are absolutely not certified, she told me herself. Trust all the bad reviews on here and go with someone else.
