All friendly, polite & knowledgable about what they are doing and able to translate into easily understood terms. I moved into a new house and wanted to change out a bunch of lights and fans. I also needed two outlets installed and a TV hung. Jim and Courtland did it all! They were very professional and efficient. It felt so good to have everything done in one day. I sent pictures in advance, so they knew what to expect, and they had a plan in place when they walked in the door. I have used Higher Power in the past and will definitely use them again for any electrical needs. The TV install was an unexpected service they offered and they did a fantastic job.

Countryside made a service call for our Generac generator. The technician pulled into our driveway and proceeded to drive his van in our yard doing extensive damage in the process. When informed of this, their response was sorry. Wow.

Had an appointment scheduled to receive a quote to upgrade some wiring, but the electrician never showed up, when I called to see where he was the office assistant told me they would try to track him down and call me back. Fifteen minutes later no call back, when I called them again I was told that he had gotten stuck in a meeting and that maybe we could reschedule it for another day.

Would not recommend. We hired them to replace our electrical panel, install new light fixtures and new recessed lighting. On our electrical panel about half of the switches are labeled unknown and our recessed lights make a loud buzzing noise. When we asked them to come back and look at the recessed lights, the guy just said well I can't hear anything. Now we have to pay another electrician to come and fix them.

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
