Brendon and his partner installed four light fixtures and stuck exactly to the estimate. I contacted Ace Handyman, to see if it would be cheaper. But just a few days before the job, after it had been scheduled more than a month prior, Ace kept adding additional people and hours. In the end, Safe Electric was the same price. I’m glad I went with Safe Electric in the end, because Brendon found two problems that a handyman would not have caught and would not have been able to solve: a double box, and a bracket that was producing sparks. Plus, he was able to puzzle-solve a way to install a used fixture with short wires. Great job Safe Electric!

Did the job quickly and fair price

TL;DR rough start but extremely happy overallWe bought a house built in the 1950s with chaotic and sometimes unsafe wiring. We had someone come out, take a look at what needed done and give us a quote. They told us they would do the work, and that it would be a one day job, two max if they didn’t have someone helping them. Was able to schedule to have him come out a week later. On the day of service, we were assigned a different electrician who, after looking at everything, said the first guy unfortunately missed a few big things and the work would be an extra $3,000 to have it all done safely. We got a personal loan to cover the initial quote, and absolutely did not have $3,000 extra to put into the project. After speaking with the manager of that team, they agreed to do all of the extra work for only $900 more and were very apologetic about the confusion from the beginning. Shram, the electrician who actually did the work, was AMAZING. If we ever hire Mr. Electric again, we will specifically be asking to have him do the work. He was meticulous, explained everything, and put in long hours outside on 90 degree days doing work by himself that was meant to be done by a team of two. The work ended up taking 3 days (approximately 31 hours) and he was nothing but kind, hardworking and apologetic the whole time. I want to keep writing about how fantastic Shram is at his job, but the review is already too long. If you hire Mr. Electric, ask for Shram, but not too often, cuz we want to make sure he’s available to do more work for us in the future!

Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)

We had them come out to install a chandelier on our 20ft. Ceiling. They were professional, on time and did a great job! They even went back over the chandelier to ensure all the lights were straight before leaving. Would highly recommend

Waibel always does a fantastic job. We've had them out to install electricity for our hot tub, and for moving our over-the-range microwave to its own circuit so we'd stop blowing the power every time we had the microwave and vacuum running at the same time. Waibel is always prompt, professional, and quality.

We had six high bay lights converted from metal halide to LED bulbs, and will definitely be using them to finish the remaining 33. Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable crew. They were also able to complete the work without disrupting our manufacturing process as well. Highly recommended!

Hands down Higher Power Electric is the absolute BEST electrical contractor in Columbus. They recently installed some can lighting and various other light fixtures in my kitchen and I am 100% satisfied. Pat was very helpful in helping me pick the lighting placement and gave me some really good suggestions in regards to lighting above my cabinets. I'll certainly call them back next time! You won't be disappointed!

This is our second time having this company work in our home and we have been highly satisfied on both occasions. I could not say enough great things about Ivan. He arrived on time, was thorough in his explanation of the issue and honest about the cost before getting started. His kindness to us was an added pleasure to the experience.

They came out and repaired the generator transfer switch.

Recently we had a breaker outtage at work that our A/C was on. Unfortunately waiting is not really on our budget. Mr. Electric said he would be our in 2 hours and we ended up getting another electrician to come out immediately.

We called him back to let him know that we didnt need his service anymore. This was maybe 15 minutes after we originally called him, he said to us on the phone Well you just wasted a bunch of peoples time we told him it wasnt personal but we have servers that have to be cooled and its just business. He then hung up on us.

Do not recommend this guy at all. Very unprofessional, and carries himself as a toddler.

This is an excellent company with knowledgeable technicians. They knew what the problem was right away and how to efficiently fix it. I would definitely recommend them if you want the job done right!
