Great response. Got a call be right away. Got three quotes for the amount of work I wanted done, plus a 4th quote based on additional options I wanted to consider. Ben's, Sean's, Mikey's work completed the panel replacement/upgrade, trenching a new line to the garage, and adding a designated outlet for the kitchen in 3 days in the dead, dead or winter. They kept the power outage to a 1/2 day and work late until everything was installed and working. I can now happily make an expresso latte without blowing the kitchen circuit. And, run power tools in the garage.

We hired Confident Electric to rewire our electrical box for our Westerville uptown business-Captivating Canines. Paul came and gave and accurate bid and scope of work and was extremely professional the entire time. Work was completed at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. This company is amazing. I called today regarding our foyer light. It was not working. Hooked up to same switch as upstairs lights that were working. Ended up being a loose wire in one of upstairs lights causing issue downstairs. He was quick and fit me in this morning. Reasonable price! He even fixed a cracked plate upstairs. I would highly recommend this company!

Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)

We had them come out to install a chandelier on our 20ft. Ceiling. They were professional, on time and did a great job! They even went back over the chandelier to ensure all the lights were straight before leaving. Would highly recommend

We had two of the nicest guys out here today. They replaced the weather head , a new upgraded breaker panel and a new outlet. Very efficient and clean project. Highly recommended at a very good price. We did get 4 estimates for this work. A+ Thank You ! Will call them back for any other electric work in the future

Tyler was polite, professional, worked diligently, kept me informed, ask for guidance at the rights times, provided good options for work to be done, was punctual, kept a clean job site, swept and mopped before he left, and left no indicia of his visit other than the work that was done.

Countryside Electric installed an electrical panel 16 years ago for me and nothing ever went wrong. It was time for an upgrade and once again they were by far the best priced and best quality for my needs. WOW! Since we moved into our home 4 years ago, my husband and I have had a lot of different skilled workers and contractors doing work on our house. None of them even compare to the service and quality that Jaxon at R&T Yoder provided to us! Scheduling with their office was extremely quick and Ashley was very responsive to me and transparent about pricing. I received plenty of communication reminding me of my appointment, sharing a picture of my technician, and giving me a heads up on when he'd be arriving (perfectly on time!).

But the real differentiator here is the quick and professional work that Jaxon was able to provide, especially since I was paying by labor hours. He very quickly assessed the issues I had with a couple of dimmer switches, provided a recommendation, and resolved the issues. He also installed a new light fixture that would've taken me a couple hours in just 20 minutes. This was money well-spent and I will be using R&T again and again!
