I called in the morning and they were able to find an opening to get a technician to me in the afternoon. Bob was very clear and professional. He only took about 20 minutes to diagnose and fix a 2 and 3 switch fixture and plate. Cost was reasonable seeing as I didn't have to do anything myself and they did it fast.

I hired Confident Electric to rewire my entire house and replace my electric panel during a renovation. I was very happy with Paul's work and communication throughout the entire project. He showed up on time every time and did exactly what he said he would. I highly recommend Paul and Confident electric.

No fooling around with scheduling or wondering if your contractor is going to show with Mr. Electric. Caleb seemed to know is stuff, answered questions, and did a good and fast job.

We were quite pleased with the service we received from Electric Medic. The two technicians tracked down the problem and explained what was wrong and how they would repair it. They began with the least expensive. When that didn’t work they took the next step which resulted in the restoration of power.
The fee was quite reasonable.

John Bell did an excellent job with an urgent situation we had in our hands with a poorly installed fan that caught fire in our master bedroom. He was super polite and even wore shoe coverings throughout our house.
He also did a nice thing to educate us while installing new fan. The steps he took to ensure everything was safely installed was impeccable. We will for sure use John Bell again for future services and recommend him to others.

Had an emergency and was fighting with home warranty company on the issue, they allowed me to find my own electrician for a 2nd opinion, Sheridan came out actually spent time looking into the situation unlike the company the warranty place sent, proved that the problem was with the electrical box, and not something we did, he has even taken time to try and work with the warranty company even though he normally does not because they basically give you BS service with BS parts, Sheridan was very respectful and informative, very glad we found Mr. Electric and will be a life long contact for all of our future electric issues. I would give 0 stars if i could. Had them add a breaker and run a line to add a/c to my home, they used a used 20 year old breaker that was crooked and did not fit and then left bare wire outside. I haf to point out the problems so they could be fixed. She was supposed to do an inspection on the outlets and lied and said she did when all she did was sit at the kitchen table while i was outside for 2 minutes came back in she said she was done, i knew of one problem with a light switch and asked her what she thought about it and she had to ask me what was wrong with it(obviously no inspection was done) then tryed to charge me 100 for an inspection. Then after they left she cursed me and said she was going to sue me, just like i see on here that she is going to sue a few more people lol. Every aspect of my experience was horrible and very unprofessional. The vans are so beat up and dirty and have bugs and smell like noone has showered in months, i do not recommend this company for anything nor would I trust any of the work they do, they should be shut down, the people that she has working for her are absolutely not certified, she told me herself. Trust all the bad reviews on here and go with someone else.

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
