I hired Confident Electric to add an additional electric box in my garage for my woodworking tools. Paul was prompt and courteous. He finished the job within the time frame he gave me, and his price was reasonable. He did a wonderful job with running the electric, and he even cleaned up after himself when done! I have since hired him to hang a fan and change a switch for me, and have received the same great service. I highly recommend him to do any electrical work you need done.

Bob did a great job! Just bought a home and the inspection called out a number of electrical issues. He updated the panel, fixed wiring, added new and fixed existing outlets, installed outdoor security lighting, installed garage lighting & a new outdoor power outlet, to name a few! He was up front about costs & prices were reasonable. He was on time, professional and the quality of his work was exceptional! I highly recommended him & will call him first for any future electrical needs!!!

John Bell did an excellent job with an urgent situation we had in our hands with a poorly installed fan that caught fire in our master bedroom. He was super polite and even wore shoe coverings throughout our house.
He also did a nice thing to educate us while installing new fan. The steps he took to ensure everything was safely installed was impeccable. We will for sure use John Bell again for future services and recommend him to others.

I had a great experience with Higher Power Electric. I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel, opened my souffits and found a huge mess of electrical wires. I thought it would be a very complex job, but the crew came in and made it look easy. They were very upfront about everything they were doing and very professional. I would give 0 stars if i could. Had them add a breaker and run a line to add a/c to my home, they used a used 20 year old breaker that was crooked and did not fit and then left bare wire outside. I haf to point out the problems so they could be fixed. She was supposed to do an inspection on the outlets and lied and said she did when all she did was sit at the kitchen table while i was outside for 2 minutes came back in she said she was done, i knew of one problem with a light switch and asked her what she thought about it and she had to ask me what was wrong with it(obviously no inspection was done) then tryed to charge me 100 for an inspection. Then after they left she cursed me and said she was going to sue me, just like i see on here that she is going to sue a few more people lol. Every aspect of my experience was horrible and very unprofessional. The vans are so beat up and dirty and have bugs and smell like noone has showered in months, i do not recommend this company for anything nor would I trust any of the work they do, they should be shut down, the people that she has working for her are absolutely not certified, she told me herself. Trust all the bad reviews on here and go with someone else.

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
