Best Generator Troubleshooting in Columbus OH

I had contacted Buckeye Electric for repair to a Nest doorbell camera and set up and confirmed an appointment for the weekend. The weekend came and went with no one showing up, I called the number and even texted and no reply. Three weeks later and still haven’t heard back. Maybe they do good work, but I can’t say.

I called three companies to get a quote on installing a ceiling fan where there was no fixture or outlet, and Big City offered me the best price and it was a simple set rate. I was able to get an appoint date very quickly. The electrician, David, arrived promptly within the half hour window I was given and was very polite. The work was done quickly and cleanly-just a quick vacuum afterwards was all the I needed to do. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again for any future needs I have. I had an electrical emergency about a week ago and I feel so fortunate to have found Bradley. Frank, Rob and the team were able to fit me in and get power restored within 2 days of my issue when I fully expected to have to wait a week or more. Will likely use them again for some other projects

Had an appointment scheduled to receive a quote to upgrade some wiring, but the electrician never showed up, when I called to see where he was the office assistant told me they would try to track him down and call me back. Fifteen minutes later no call back, when I called them again I was told that he had gotten stuck in a meeting and that maybe we could reschedule it for another day.

Would not recommend. We hired them to replace our electrical panel, install new light fixtures and new recessed lighting. On our electrical panel about half of the switches are labeled unknown and our recessed lights make a loud buzzing noise. When we asked them to come back and look at the recessed lights, the guy just said well I can't hear anything. Now we have to pay another electrician to come and fix them.
