Best Electrical Safety Inspection in Columbus OH

I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Safe Electric, LLC. I called the company to remove a broken bulb from the socket of a recessed light high above a staircase. Mikey and Joel were polite, clean, conscientious, and respectful. They wore masks, put on shoe covers, laid drop cloths down on my hardwood flooring to prevent damage by the combination ladder, and smoothly and efficiently fixed the issue. Because of their knowledge, resources, care, responsiveness, and professionalism, I would not hesitate to use Safe Electric, LLC again and to recommend them to others. They did everything to make the service safe, comfortable and low stress.

Power went out in my commercial freezer storing a significant quantity of food. I called 3 other electricians, whom stated it would be 2-12 hrs before they could show up. Paul of Confident Electric answered and promised to be onsite within 1 hr. He arrived in 40 minutes. Diagnosed the issue, contacted AEP to help get power restored. Got us back up and answered a ton of my questions during the whole process. Outstanding service and support!

Our water heater, that's at least 12years old, wasn't heating water. The technician came and fixed the corrodded wire. Free diagnosis to begin with ? happy customer.

Arlington Electric will be my go-to electrician from now on. They did a fantastic job of upgrading my house from 150 to 200 amp service, new electric panel, installed generator access, and repaired items needing taken care of in my 1890’s farm house. I highly recommend them.

Don't try and get a job here they will ghost you and hide behind a phone or email not responding or returning calls they will make you think there is a open spot when it's really a way of making you come in for business aspect what a joke of a company

She helped me try to troubleshoot my electrical problem over the phone, and was very kind and knowledgeable. Lyle was amazing to work with and is the nicest person! He quickly identified the problems in my home and fixed them in a timely manner. He was exceptionally personable, genuine, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything (in terms I could understand) and identified several other electrical issues in my home. Prices were extremely reasonable for the great service! I called My Electric Works in hopes of getting same day service to install a new 50 Amp breaker, run 6/3 wire, and install a 4-prong receptacle for a new electric range that had just been delivered. Austin arrived within an hour and efficiently took care of the rather complicated job due to my quirky old house with crawlspace access needed for some of the work. He put shoe covers on while in the house. He pointed out some corrosion in one of the panel boxes that would need attention soon. Now, this project was pricey, but due to the complexity and the ability to get same day service I cannot complain. I will certainly ask for Austin for future jobs and recommend him and My Electric Works.

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
