Our issue was not really an emergency but they got us scheduled right away and even called to arrange an early arrival to the appointment. Very professional during the visit and sent us a picture of our technician in advance. Rhett and Austin listened well and were very friendly, talked through the issues, made scalable and practical recommendations, got to work right away, and were done quickly. I e-mailed Mr Electric on Sunday night, and 12 hours later my electrical issue was fixed. Our technician, Eric was Fast, friendly, and professional. He even indulged my doggies with some pets when the barged in to say hello. They will definitely be my fist call for any electrical needs in the future.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Scheduled appointment on 09-03 for 09-08 at 9 am for inspection. Received phone call at 8:55 am on 09-08 asking to reschedule after already adjusting work schedule. . . In addition, I also asked for a technician to give me a call 09-03 as I had a question in regards to service requirements. I never did receive call back. Would not recommend.

I contacted Lawson Surge Electric to get a quote on a wiring issue in my home. I had a quote from another. Company that seemed extremely high. Turns out the other company was charging me for more than I needed and was almost 3 times higher than what Lawson surge electric was charging.. Mr. Lawson was so professional, knowledgable and helpful. I was so pleased with his work that I'm will be using his services for some other electric work I need.

It's not very often you get this kind of service.
Most businesses are commision which means as a custom you loose. But what I can say for sure they set the bar very high. Will no doubt use them for my business and rentals. Nice to see a company that has me as a customer in mind. I didn't feel like a dollar figure which is very hard to find.
