Had an appointment on Friday at noon Set up and confirmed by Daniel H. . At 1pm my husbanded texted to see if they were on the way and he said unfortunately he was tied up on another job running late. Later texted that Friday was not good for him that he would schedule Anthony H from 2-3pm. Around 5pm my husband texted and he replied best he could do is Saturday morning. First client of the day. My husband texted at 11 am because no one showed up, called or texted. Rescheduled for 11-12. Again no one showed up! My husband texted and was Reschedule for Monday. Monday they came out for an estimate and said they could do the job on Wednesday after noon. Guess what? No one showed up! Don’t bother with this company. Obviously this wasn’t a good fit for us as customers looking for trustworthy and reliable company.
Update- Not shocked at all by the most absurd response left by this company. I only stated facts about my experience. We never asked you to do anything with our Home Warranty other than if you can give us a receipt so we can see if it is covered.

My profession has nothing to do with this job. We gave complete details of what was needed prior to the appointments. I am not an electrician if you needed more information on a job with your supposed background then you should’ve asked clarifying questions prior to coming out and explained that you are not capable of this detailed work. I can understand this job was too hard and labor Intense for the teenagers that were sent to our home. They gave us an estimate which was reasonable and said they couldn’t do anything today the next available day would be Wednesday at noon. We didn’t like that we had to wait but we did accept the reschedule of Wednesday. They never even asked us for any money. Sounds like your employees aren’t telling the whole truth!!!
That response shows that you are incapable of being a true honest, trustworthy company that everyone should question your integrity and commitment.You could’ve just communicated better. Based on other feedback this is a weak point in your company so I will be praying for better training on customer interaction s and truth. Good Luck with any future endeavors... God bless! DIY basement renovation except for electric, which I don't DIY. :-) Got a quote from Mr. Electric and it was $5K for basic tasks (run electric lines to new lights, receptacles and switches, correct some code-related issues with previous owners' janky/dangerous wiring, install a whole-house surge protector, etc.). Lo and behold, we discover our estimator from Mr. Electric was on commission -- so it was no surprise when Jason from Big City came out and quoted us the work that we actually needed to have done at half the price. All the recommendations Jason made for our project were spot-on -- he could have gouged and up-sold us, but he helped us achieve our vision for the least amount of cost possible. That's the mark of a true professional, and what seals the deal for us as customers. From general manager Jason to owner David to our crew who did the work (Dave and Anthony), we experienced the kind of world-class treatment we would expect from a locally-owned business that takes integrity seriously. The quality of the work was superb. Dave and Anthony are professionals through and through, and they treated our home as though it were their own. They patiently explained to us what they were doing and why. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We'll never use another electric company -- we're Big City customers for life. Thank you gentlemen and the rest of your staff. We are SO happy!!!

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

The crew was very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did an outstanding job installing my new chandelier and pendant lights. Everything they did was top notch. Definitely a great experience with these guys. Beep them up if you need any electric work done.

It's not often that you leave a review for someone who didn't do any work, but when I called them about power off in half my house, they said they could come out but it is likely an AEP issue. So I called AEP and sure enough it was. So the money I saved today will go to Bradley later when I call them for some re-wiring I need to have done.

Worthington Career Services is grateful to Countryside Electric for the great work they did in accommodating us with a generator. They are a very dependable family-owned business and care about the customer as opposed to only doing the job. We will be contracting them in the future for additional projects. It's a comfort to know that we have quality electricians!

5/11/2020 drives have no respect for others. Cut us off twice driving up to 90 mph on I-270 nearing I-71 north Columbus. I see other comments about their drivers too. If they cannot be kind to others what makes one thing they would care about their service as well. I’ll go with Atlas Butler for all my HVAC needs. And a report will be filed with the Police as I have photos and licenses plate.

Very professional

If I could give 0 stars maybe even negative stars I would. They were the electricians wiring our new house under construction. They are holding up the process. The Owner of this business NEVER returns calls for 6-8 weeks They have been contacted to finish the job at our house. There are 3 outlets they forgot to install. When our builder calls them they say we will send someone tomorrow. Then NO ONE shows. My husband has called but phone calls are not returned this has been Going on for 8 weeks. If you want someone responsible reliable & truthful then this is not the company to use.

Pretty clear this business owner is a racist and a bigot. If you’re not willing to do business with all people, regardless of race, religion, or origin, you should close your business. There is no place for that kind of hate in this world.

Would not recommend. We hired them to replace our electrical panel, install new light fixtures and new recessed lighting. On our electrical panel about half of the switches are labeled unknown and our recessed lights make a loud buzzing noise. When we asked them to come back and look at the recessed lights, the guy just said well I can't hear anything. Now we have to pay another electrician to come and fix them.
