Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

I had them give me a quote for a transfer switch instalation. I wanted my heat, well and my septic system on the new transfer switch. I also wanted my refrigerator and some outlets as well. I was told that the 10 switch transfer switches were hard to come by that a 6 switch would work. The installer came out today and said my heat pump would be higher amps that it wouldn't work. Disappointed that I went ahead with the install. I had another quote from another company that was a little higher. That company after looking at my generator never said anything about the heat issue. Plus they would of installed a 10 swith. Make sure you get everything in writing.

The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.
The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

( To reference Mr Kings review... If you personally witnessed bullies in class you should stand and say something... Remember, most of the students here work together and have relationships outside the classroom. Many are sent by there employers and may not be focused on education. What you see in class may not be what you think.)

Technician James was prompt and courteous, even when faced with major unexpected complications in the job. He applied all the additional effort with great focus and determination. He reconnected and labelled all the circuits in the house and restored power within the first day, with no failures.

When the heat went out we tried calling other companies, one didn’t show up after scheduling a appointment and another one never called back. Inspired answered right away and came out that evening. We had heat that night.

I was driving on 270, one of their trucks was in the fast lane going slow so I got in the middle lane to go around them. While doing this a worker thought that it would be professional the give me the finger for no reason. Also mind you this was in one of their vans with the company's name all over it. Will definitely never be using this company if they are going to employ unprofessional people.
