Quality Electric helped us with the electrical in our bathroom remodel. Their close attention to detail and suggestions through the process was so helpful. Even afterward the project was long finished, we had a light go out and the were available to fix it right away.

Showed up on time. Very Professional! Great work and even cleaned up after the job was complete.

Very unprofessional..some of the employees are rude...one of the owners does not stick to his words at all...when you give a man your word you are supposed to stick to it by all means necessary...he will tell you one thing and do another....i would not recommend that kind of business to anyone....

The technician was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, offered very valuable advice about my situation, and even recommended some low cost solutions for preventing future problems.

I talked with Big City Electric to fix a problem with one of my breakers. They quickly responded to my request and were able to send Mike and Christian to repair the problem. They quickly fixed the issue and were a pleasure to talk to about the situation. They also assisted in quoting some new electrical work for my house. Hope to have as great experience as I did this time around.

This company already did 3 jobs in my house and I'm saving for the fourth one . They are professional, friendly, respectfull, clean and always ready to help with something else if it occurred while they are there. I'm not the easiest customer, but they fulfil all my expectations. I will recommend this company to everybody. This picture shows the last job they did for me. Looks awesome.

Very bad customer service. An employee of Bradley Electric came to my house for a quote, and was not good at communicating. He barely talked the entire time and seemed very inexperienced/provided little knowledge of electrical work. I asked if they could repair several items in my home and he didn't look up, only stared at his iPad. He then left without saying how they would follow-up. It's been over 3 weeks and I never received a quote. I'm very disappointed with the service.

Had PTI come thru last night. It was 2 servicers (I believe one guy was named Joe), super awesome guys. Explained the entire fix to me and were courteous and beyond friendly. Going to recommended PTI to all my friends

I used them to install a ceiling fan on an 18 foot ceiling. They did a great job and were very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend them and will personally use them again in the future for any electrical needs.

One of their decal laden pickups tried to run me off the road today. Admittedly, I'm still a little heated, but using the company car to push around smaller vehicles doesn't seem like a good business model. Fortunately nobody was hurt, and there is no need to involve police. However it feels like safety should be a bigger concern for those who work with electricity.

Scheduled an appointment for a frost heave issues to our meter box. Electrician arrived early and completed the job working well with AEP to coordinate power disconnect and reconnect. Very pleased with the quality of the work.

Kyle was our contractor for the day and we were very happy with his all-around customer service, professionalism and abilities to get the job done. They even put a third switch in for the ceiling fan/lights. They did a great job cleaning up too. Second time I’ve used this company and after todays service with Kyle, this company has made into my official contacts list for future use. Excellent job.

Receptionist was rude. Not willing to work around peoples work schedules. I was told they only do appts as early as 8am and no later then 4pm and no weekends. How is someone with a job supposed to use this company without taking a day off work? Ridiculous!
