Best Construction Project in Columbus OH

This company is amazing! I was worried about the electrical in my home after my neighbor's condo had a fire. Mike gave me such peace of mind, and even took the time to explain how the electrical in my home worked, offered things to look out for in the future, and was just genuinely a nice person! I can't begin to describe my appreciation and would recommend their services to everyone!

Chris and Bryan B installed a 240V outlet in my garage. They could not have been more professional and effective. An absolute pleasure, and the end result was perfect. This is the third time I have used BCE, and I will continue to do so. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Only word I can use to describe the quality of work is horrible. Wired my brand new house. 2 rooms have no power, 4 rooms have no power to lights, 2 closets lights have no power, hallway outlets have no power, 3way switches wired wrong, outlet covers cut to fit and not even cut straight at that (mind you they did the rough in), garage lights left unfinished. I could go on and on with all that is wrong!!!!!!

Used Accurate to restore power to my swimming pool pump. Very responsive and the tech were great. Minor problem after they left, but they came back and made everything right. Highly recommend!

My two experiences using this company have been outstanding from start to finish. Melinda who set up both appointments was very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. Will call PTI again for any and all issues or new work; I highly recommend Joe and his company!

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

This company treat their workers like second class citizens. Seemed like a good deal at first but then they just turn on you without helping to resolve any issues and to be fired without any assistance or listen to what was really going on.

7-1-20 UPDATE: I called the office and received a call back that day from Patrick the owner. He apologized for the misunderstanding and informed me that electrician was unaware the fees were already included in the quote. He explained that at times there could be additional cost based on different structural layouts, but in my case that was not the issue. He promised to refund the additional charges via check. I think when dealing professionals it’s important to maintain a level of integrity, and I believe Pat is a man of integrity. God is good?

6/30/20 (Initial review): I called around to get quotes and they were not the most expensive or the cheapest, but I proceeded and felt my quote was reasonable for 2 ceiling fans and a chandelier. I was quoted $125 a fan and $444 for my chandelier. When I called the office back and indicated I would only need 1 ceiling fan, not 2. She said to take $125 off and they'd be there at around 9:30. They got there around 10:00 and proceeded to review the job. The election said fans were $150,even though the work order he had in his hand showed $125. He said their trip fee was $69(not included in my quote) and even though the order said scaffolding was extra, he proceeded to tell me I had to pay for the ladder! Which was an extra $80. Seriously??? They were already in my house and I was not going to go back and forth with the labor, but I will call the office and express my opinion about bating customers with 1 price and charging $150 in extras that were not communicated. I mean goodness are you going to charge me for your gas and tools too? The installers were polite, but that doesn't account for their lack of transparency.

Drivers beware! Actually adhering to their
touting of growth and training from within and opportunities to grow would be nice. They also need to evaluate their workplace ethics and employee behavior in the warehouse in Grove City as some of the employees and management there are very disrespectful to other employees in that particular environment. Cannot say enough good things however regarding the foremen and people out on the jobsites.

Ivan was the electrician sent to me. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and offered up many solutions to fit my budget. He was very speedy yet thorough in fixing my service panel and will be coming back for more work which he carved out of his schedule to fit me in as to not wait several weeks on the repair. Would recommend them to anyone!
