Best Commercial Electrical Job in Columbus OH

I had a house fire last month. Everyone is safe, but the house is going to need a lot of work. We had an electrician from Efficient come out to restore power to a basement outlet so I could run my irrigation system. On May 26th he said not only did he get the outlet powered, he resorted power to the house for the contractors to use for their power tools while rebuilding the house. I went to the house on 5/27 to plug in my irrigation system and there was no power. I turned on lights throughout the house and still no power. I plugged items in outlets throughout the house and there wasn’t power. So I called and complained. The electrician’s supervisor told me that he did restore power the the whole house and the outlet for my irrigation system. So now I’m very upset. I went to the burned house with a lamp, blender, and iPhone with charger. I made a video of myself plugging everything into the outlet he said had power and plugged the items into outlets throughout the house to PROVE there was no power!!! I decided to get another electrician. The new guy from a different company restored power to the outlet and showed me that the guy from Efficient DIDNT do what he told his supervisor over and over that he did! Every single wire in the fuse box was dangling and none of the wires were labeled. I do not recommend this company at all! They totally lied to everyone involved.

Great Experience With Big City Electric. I needed a gas line bonded and grounded with a quick turnaround time to keep the sell of my house on track and Big City came through for me. I was out of town when I made the call and would not be back before I needed the work completed so I requested a call at least 30 minutes before the technician arrived so that I could coordinate access. The technician did exactly that and was kind and courteous. He also called me once the job was completed to provide me with an update. I was able to fully handle this service while out of town without any hiccups. I would definitely recommend Big City Electric.

Keith installed 4 can lights in our kitchen. He was very organized in performing the installation, and it was done quickly, professionally, and for his original quoted price. I will contact him for any additional electrical work.

Tyler was polite, professional, worked diligently, kept me informed, ask for guidance at the rights times, provided good options for work to be done, was punctual, kept a clean job site, swept and mopped before he left, and left no indicia of his visit other than the work that was done.

Would not recommend. We hired them to replace our electrical panel, install new light fixtures and new recessed lighting. On our electrical panel about half of the switches are labeled unknown and our recessed lights make a loud buzzing noise. When we asked them to come back and look at the recessed lights, the guy just said well I can't hear anything. Now we have to pay another electrician to come and fix them.
