Originally planned to use them to install a light/heater but because I didn’t have enough power I ended up having them replace switch faceplates and plugs anyway (to white) during my Appt. Felt like the technician didn’t really clean up well and didn’t get to everything I expected to get to (some switches my husband expected him to get to in the allotted time weren’t replaced)

Showed up on time. Very Professional! Great work and even cleaned up after the job was complete.

I work with Ashley a lot at my current job and I think she and her company are great! Very responsive to my e-mails and always detailed in explaining what they are doing and why. I have used them for a while now exclusively and I cannot say enough good things about them!

This company already did 3 jobs in my house and I'm saving for the fourth one . They are professional, friendly, respectfull, clean and always ready to help with something else if it occurred while they are there. I'm not the easiest customer, but they fulfil all my expectations. I will recommend this company to everybody. This picture shows the last job they did for me. Looks awesome.

Scheduled for 12:00 to 2:00 appointment and stated the would text 45 minutes prior to arrival. At close to 2:00 I texted them to ask if they were on there way. They eventually texted back that they were running late and would text me prior to arrival. At 4:00 they texted and said they would have to reschedule.All communications via text had to be initiated by me! Don’t waste your time with these guys. I ended up scheduling with a different contractor.

Used Accurate to restore power to my swimming pool pump. Very responsive and the tech were great. Minor problem after they left, but they came back and made everything right. Highly recommend!

Immediately responded to my electrical needs within the hour. The electrician, Jeff (Jeffery) was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and also extremely kind. I was pleased that I was not charged for the quick response as an emergency since it was during working hours. Jeff also made me aware of home inspection services available. The guys came out to my property and put in several outlets GFI’s and redirect light fixtures & the installation and cleaned up the mess afterwards ( very professional )

Had a smoke detector malfunction today, and had a great experience with Positive Electric! Tony on the phone was incredibly nice and dispatched a technician within a couple hours to help us. Jesus, the technician, was very nice and professional as well. Fantastic customer service by both!

Electrician arrived 45 minutes after I called. He was polite and very knowledgeable. Went to work right away and had the problem fixed in about an hour. I would highly recommend this company. The office manager returned my call within 10 minutes of our first call and had a technician on the way

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

Great electrical contractor. I had them do some commercial work for me for my business, and I could not be happier with their reasonable rates and the service. The technician, Ray, who did the electrical was a great guy to talk with and he explained everything very thoroughly. I very much recommend them and will do business with again.

OH Lic# 25186 an elderly agent driving this van had parked in front of my truck at 700 am. The customer indicated which door I needed to dock, so I started to get the tail lined up. Another agent was parked directly in front, preventing me from pulling forward. I politely approached him and asked if he could move his vehicle for a moment so I could open the doors to the trailer. The guy in 25186 cut my sentence short and began arguing with me. He then proceeded to insult and belittle me for how I choose to operate my truck. I've been driving for 10 months. I don't do anything unless there's a good reason. I have enough to deal with while I'm on the road. A poor demonstration of professionalism on his part.

I work here of course I visited. Best place to work.
