Very prompt and professional. They came out the same day and fixed a leak into our electrical panel. They fixed the problem quickly and explained the problem without talking down to me. It was all around a very enjoyable experience.

I hired Quality Electric to do a panel replacement / upgrade and to do some runs to my garage for a series of outlets as well as a 240V line for a garage heater. I can't say enough about how great everything came out. Installation of the garage conduit / outlets is perfect and the quality of the work was top notch for the whole job. Thanks to TJ and Joe for knocking all of that out in a day! Thanks to Charlie for the competitive quote to get all this done. I'd highly recommend Quality Electric to anyone. So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

Called Ken for an estimate & he came out 2 days later & then gave me the estimate 3 days later. Scheduled the job for @ 3.5 weeks later. All good to this point.
The night before the job Ken called to ask if we can move the appointment as he didn't finish a job that day. No problem - scheduled it for 1 week later. Ken then No-showed for the job. Called him numerous times that day to find out if he was still coming or if there was an issue. None of my calls were answered & none were returned.
Wasted 5 weeks when I could have found someone else to do the job that they claimed they could do. Now I have to start over.

7-1-20 UPDATE: I called the office and received a call back that day from Patrick the owner. He apologized for the misunderstanding and informed me that electrician was unaware the fees were already included in the quote. He explained that at times there could be additional cost based on different structural layouts, but in my case that was not the issue. He promised to refund the additional charges via check. I think when dealing professionals it’s important to maintain a level of integrity, and I believe Pat is a man of integrity. God is good?

6/30/20 (Initial review): I called around to get quotes and they were not the most expensive or the cheapest, but I proceeded and felt my quote was reasonable for 2 ceiling fans and a chandelier. I was quoted $125 a fan and $444 for my chandelier. When I called the office back and indicated I would only need 1 ceiling fan, not 2. She said to take $125 off and they'd be there at around 9:30. They got there around 10:00 and proceeded to review the job. The election said fans were $150,even though the work order he had in his hand showed $125. He said their trip fee was $69(not included in my quote) and even though the order said scaffolding was extra, he proceeded to tell me I had to pay for the ladder! Which was an extra $80. Seriously??? They were already in my house and I was not going to go back and forth with the labor, but I will call the office and express my opinion about bating customers with 1 price and charging $150 in extras that were not communicated. I mean goodness are you going to charge me for your gas and tools too? The installers were polite, but that doesn't account for their lack of transparency.

I lost power at my coffee shop and they came in within an hour's call. Looked at everything in detail, they were honest and efficient. Ended up being an issue with AEP. Stayed till I finished my call to them to make sure they would send someone over to get things fixed.

Had an appointment this morning, no one showed up and not picking up calls since this morning.. Pathetic customer service!!

I contacted R&T Yoder for a full rewire of a 1922 home in Clintonville/Columbus Ohio. They removed all the old knob and tube wiring and replaced EVERY SINGLE WIRE in the entire home and free standing garage. They rerouted a new wire from the pole, added new electrical panels, added tons of can lights and chandeliers. Overall, an awesome experience with a wonderful crew. This was multiple week project and we always had the same crew ~ consistently on time and quality people.

Sent multiple emails to this company with no response.
No longer interested in doing business with this company.

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
