Update. 16 Days and still no response. Regarding the response from vendor: there was nothing on the voice mail to indicate they were closed for the holidays. So, try again is not a great answer.

Outstanding work -outstanding people! We did a large project with them in German Village- complete electrical upgrade and new service- workers look very professional had very excellent attitudes very helpful ! Could not have had a better experience with their company- would give a 10 out of 10 rating in our experience. Definitely will do business again.

Very unprofessional..some of the employees are rude...one of the owners does not stick to his words at all...when you give a man your word you are supposed to stick to it by all means necessary...he will tell you one thing and do another....i would not recommend that kind of business to anyone....

Bob did an EXCELLENT job at our house! He installed an exhaust fan in our bathroom, added an outlet in our living room, added outdoor lighting in our backyard, and an outdoor outlet. He is coming back in about a week to add more lighting for our basement stairs and to mount our outdoor tv. He is professional, punctual, fair and transparent with prices. Don’t waste your time if you need electric work done in the city. I Called for assistance for some faulty outlets and they they didn’t want to do the work because they didn’t want to “deal with parking” even though they charge $65 for a trip charge.

Completed the installation of a bathroom fan in very little time. The pair who was here did an excellent job of communicating what they needed to do. They were positive and a lot of fun.

So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

The assigned tech was Tyler. Excellent service, excellent value - A++. Tyler was polite, professional, worked diligently, kept me informed, ask for guidance at the rights times, provided good options for work to be done, was punctual, kept a clean job site, swept and mopped before he left, and left no indicia of his visit other than the work that was done.

My outdoor switch wasn't working. I had already called three other companies had to leave messages on each call no one ever called back and then I found McCorkle Electric--not only did Ken answer the phone but he came out the same day and repaired my switch. Excellent service,great value,professional and very responsive. I will definitely be calling him again.

If these door to door sales people come to my for again claiming to be with my power company (which they are not) and do not leave when asked the first time, we're gonna have a real big problem, it is trespassing. I've already notified the police they came out and talked to the pushy little high school punk about taking no for an answer and leaving when asked.
I will be calling the BBB tomorrow as today is Sunday that they were knocking on my door, I have also posted a no solicit, no trespass, and beware of dog sign...he's lucky she didn't get out today!

Patrick and Higher Power did a great job for us. We just moved into a flipped home, and a number of things were needed. Subpanel breaker box. More outlets. Hard-wired smoke and CO detectors. Bathroom vent fans. The Higher Power team came in, and got the job done. Promptly. Without fuss. Without a problem. When there were questions, I got a text and pics when necessary. All around, a very good interaction. Highly recommended.

I made was in the middle of a remodel and I lost power to my outlet. I made the call to this company at 10pm at night. They were there in 30 mins and provided great quality service. The electrician even provided some advice and suggestions for the work I was currently doing. He was a great help. I would recommend this company and plan on doing more business with them in the future.

I contacted R&T Yoder for a full rewire of a 1922 home in Clintonville/Columbus Ohio. They removed all the old knob and tube wiring and replaced EVERY SINGLE WIRE in the entire home and free standing garage. They rerouted a new wire from the pole, added new electrical panels, added tons of can lights and chandeliers. Overall, an awesome experience with a wonderful crew. This was multiple week project and we always had the same crew ~ consistently on time and quality people.
