John & Dave were the Electricians who came to our home and carried out the work. We called for some minor fixture replacements and during their standard safety check, revealed that our main power board was not only was in rough shape, but was of a type known for causing fires.These gentlemen arrange to replace the board and make other up-grades and repairs that were TRULY needed. They worked us into the schedule within days of the initial visit, showed up on time, worked diligently, were clean, quiet, polite and extremely considerate. I especially appreciated the respect they paid to my wife when she asked questions. Most of all, I now have a safer home thanks to their diligence and skill.John & Dave are the epitome of the real professionals.Safe Electric is lucky to have them on their staff.

My company uses them for commercial work and I love working with them. Their work is good and the pricing is fair. They usually are able to fit us in when we have emergency, although sometimes they are backed up. Everyone is easy to work with and highly communicative which is very important to me.

The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

I had KMA come out and give me a estimation replacing my 28 year old furnace and AC unit which I do not have. The tech was very nice and very knowledgeable. I was hoping to get the Free Furnace deal for March, But I found out it was only a 80% furnace that is free and I have a 90% furnace so there was a upcharge. which was not in the Advertisement.

The HR team is very proactive and helpful, with a forward thinking attitude would not be afraid of discrimination with this company. Great place for apprentices to become journeymen and i jeard yhe office staff have a lot of fun too.
Insurance is awesome. Very few places i have worked have i been able to afford full benefits but Romanoff had a lot of options that helped out a lot. The quality pf work is top notch too , never saw a cheated job . A lot of pride and a lot of carring about the work done.

If these door to door sales people come to my for again claiming to be with my power company (which they are not) and do not leave when asked the first time, we're gonna have a real big problem, it is trespassing. I've already notified the police they came out and talked to the pushy little high school punk about taking no for an answer and leaving when asked.
I will be calling the BBB tomorrow as today is Sunday that they were knocking on my door, I have also posted a no solicit, no trespass, and beware of dog sign...he's lucky she didn't get out today!

It's not very often you get this kind of service.
Most businesses are commision which means as a custom you loose. But what I can say for sure they set the bar very high. Will no doubt use them for my business and rentals. Nice to see a company that has me as a customer in mind. I didn't feel like a dollar figure which is very hard to find.
