We hired Care Electric, LLC to make electrical updates in more than 100 of our occupied apartments homes. Care was able to complete the project in great time, as promised when Walid proposed for the job. The price for this large job was fair, affordable and better than all the major competitors I had spoken to. Anytime I had questions through the process Walid was extremely responsive and very quick to answer my calls, text or email. First of all I would like to say Thank you to the owner of the Company. I had a situation I thought was dangerous and in fear of a fire due to old wiring. When I called other companies they wanted to come out and charge a service fee for just an estimate and said there would be a minimum charge fir a small job. Mr. Cline was very Professional and quick to return my call and came out immediately for a free estimate. He assured me I was not in danger but did need to get the work done, he asked me how soon I needed it done and he came out the next day to do the job. He explained what was needed and did not try to sell me what I did not need. He priced the job as he went and was fair in pricing. I recommended him to my neighbor and when my work was finished he took the time to go talk and price out a job for them. I would recommend Cline Electric and would use them again.

Steve just finished working on part of our kitchen, and it was such a wonderful experience working with him. He was able to rearrange his schedule to help us meet a tight deadline, and was so friendly and professional. Even great with our big obnoxious dog. I highly recommend him!

Don’t waste your time if you need electric work done in the city. I Called for assistance for some faulty outlets and they they didn’t want to do the work because they didn’t want to “deal with parking” even though they charge $65 for a trip charge.

After speaking with Mark about adding some additional lighting to and around my home, he was very quick to schedule a tech to come out and do the installation. David was very prompt and his attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend McClintock Electric to my family and friends.

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
